“Had a great meal at Hong Bao Kitchen inside Yaamava’ Resort & Casino earlier this week with my wife and her mom. The dining room has a really nice atmosphere, with red velvet booths, vintage teapot displays on the walls, and a calm feel that’s a nice break from the casino floor right outside.

Food-wise we ordered a lot and it was all solid: the house chow mein was packed with shrimp, beef, and chicken and had great wok flavor, the fried rice was a good classic version with tons of add-ins, and the pepper steak with onions was tender and well seasoned. Portions were generous enough for the three of us to share.

Cocktails were a highlight too. We all got the lychee mint cooler and it was refreshing and not overly sweet, a perfect pairing with the food.

Good spot for a family lunch before hitting the casino floor. Will be back.“

When we walked in we immediately got a table I got the sweet and sour chicken and my friend got the orange chicken, honestly the food was amazing, had good flavor and some crispyness, I would recommend this place. “I've been here a few times, and yesterday they made me a Kung Pao Tofu that was SO DELICIOUS! Full of fresh veggies, tofu cooked perfectly, peanuts, and an amazing sauce that was full of umami and salty goodness! The servers here are always friendly and the food is cooked fast.

“Best Chicken Chowmein in the IE! My wife (Chef Ann P) introduced this place to me and New Earth New World has been my go-to Chinese spot ever since.

What I love about it:
1. Value: Generous amounts! An order of Chicken Chowmein, large Steamed Vegetables, and medium Green Bean Chicken gives me 5 servings for $6.40/serving.
2. Service: Fast Grubhub service (30-35 mins) and always fresh quality and still hot enough to not need reheating.
3. Other Dishes: The Kung Pao Chicken is flavorful and spicy. Note to other Type 2 diabetics: The Teriyaki Chicken is sweet, so consume with caution!

“Pretty all right food it’s pretty good spot. It’s just located on really good part of town so a lot of people get thrown off by that but it’s pretty good. I stopped sometimes on my way back up the hill. It’s better than most of the Asian restaurants up the hill.“

“This place is what a small restaurant should be. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The food is great and the atmosphere is simple but comfortable. They aren't stingy with the servings either. They literally pack as much into the container as possible. In the picture is a combo C and it only cost a little under 13.00 dollars. They give you a lot of vegetables if you get the beef and broccoli just request more beef if that is what you prefer. Also when you get the plate or platter they do give you a lot of rice and noodles. If you want you can get the bowl 🍜 which has less, then have side items of the meet you prefer it's probably cheaper that way. But I love getting the platter because it always last me all day. Better than all the Chinese restaurants I've been to and the food is always freshly cooked. Amazing restaurant 10 out of 10.“

The food is so fresh and so good. I seen some people saying the orange chicken is dry. It’s absolutely not it’s crispy outside and tender inside and full of flavor.

From the moment you walk into this clean, quiet, and relaxing spot right across from CSUSB, you feel right at home.
The food is on another level. We ordered:

* Mongolian Beef: This was easily some of the best I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and sautéed with fresh carrots, bell peppers, and onions in a special sauce that hits all the right notes.

* Vermicelli Combination: You can tell everything is made to order and uses high-quality ingredients. Their spring rolls with rice vermicelli and peanut hoisin sauce are fresh, light, and packed with flavor.

What truly made the night, though, was the phenomenal owner working behind the counter. She was welcoming and positive and very helpful. The service here is immaculate—the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the owner clearly takes immense pride in the business. Our food came out super fast, and the portions were very generous for the price.

“The food was great, service too.

BUT…. There was a potential angry situation about to happen. A person started yelling at the staff because this particular Panda Express was not hiring BUT they can apply online. The person started to yell at the staff that they are racists. The staff was polite and DID NOT say a single bad thing or anything that was racist. It was a crazy experience for the PE staff to deal with. Not their fault. I think it’s because of the locale of this PE.

The staff were very accommodating though.

“What a delicious surprise! Left an appt in the area and had a taste for Chinese food. I happened to pass by this shopping center, saw this little spot & thought I'd try something simple like the teriyaki chicken bowl, since I wasn't familiar with their food. The 2 ladies behind the counter were cranking the orders out as the line grew behind me. Place looked very clean, even the areas whwre the ladies were putting the orders together. They constantly cleaned as they prepped. The quality of food was good with ample amounts and the cost was under $10 for this "packed" bowl of food. Definitely worth fluffing this spot as a "go to" for lunch, when I'm in the area. Atmosphere is not fancy, very small, simple and very clean.“
