“It seems they are new to this, so I have to go easy on them, and I left my review at 5 stars. They need to improve time management. We ordered four entrees, and it took a long time for our order to come out. They should bring out the dish as soon as it’s done, so it’s still piping hot and fresh, and so that we don’t have to wait as long and start eating sooner. The staff was yelling at the kitchen “is the order for table X ready chef?!” Not a good look. Do NOT yell at one another. Get in there and ask. They are new and I think they will improve over time.

Even though they refer to themselves as a Filipino restaurant, we struggled to find dishes that are actually Filipino. It was mostly chinese food. The menu we were looking at wasn’t the complete menu and a server brought us another menu.

When we did get our food, it was cold! Bring it out as soon as it’s done! Do not bring out three dishes at once while it sits in the kitchen getting cold!

Also, I had to ask for water several times, the servers didn’t do a good job in that department. The decor was nice, dark brown and dark olive walls made me think like we’re in a forest in the Philippines. If I may suggest, make the Filipino dishes stand out from your menu, you are mainly a Filipino restaurant right? I’m not interested in chinese dishes. Redesign the menu. Also the sisig meat was too tough, I had to really chew it.“

“This was my first time dining at Legends 8 China Restaurant in Calimesa CA. There was many choices to chose from we tried 4 different Lunch Specials, I had my favorite Sweet & Sour Pork, we also ordered Teriyaki Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Vegetable Delight. Everything tasted so delicious!

“10/10! This was less than $14. 2 spring rolls and a combo plate with MASSIVE serving sizes. Very generous, enough food for 2 people. The bbq pork portions are insane!! Definitely recommend.
