“The bowls are great as usual, the employees could be a bit more welcoming and informative towards new customers however, my brother came here for the first time and he felt quite neglected, as someone who has worked customer service before, I would’ve explained the entire menu, no other customers in line… won’t complain too much about it, will still come here and buy the delicious bowls.“

“Had a smoothie (I think a pineapple-fruit one) and it had a weird mechanical aftertaste, as if the blender had been running too long or something. Friendly service though, and I liked the option to try free samples. Next time I would try one of the green smoothies instead.“

“I drive through the parking lot and parked near the store entrance. The parking lot and walk ways look dirty. There wasn't too much trash, it just seemed dusty and stained. Once I got into the store, everything was nice and clean. There wasn't a bunch of clutter either. The dark haired female with the pretty eyes came from the back. There was another associate hard at work making orders. The person seemed serious. I asked about a peach drink that I used to order at another location. She informed me that this location did not carry peach drinks. I booooed! Not loudly but I did booo her response (silly guy 🤪). Then I asked her for a Raspberry thing. She asked what size and I didn't kniw the answer. I have not been to Juice it up for years 🫣 We got through the process and I got my drink. She was very patient and kind. I hope she knows how important she is to the people whom she serves 🥹“

Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service really stood out and made my day.

It's not often you come across employees who care so much about their customers, but Anthony and Ayanna absolutely do. They made me feel valued, answered all my questions with a smile, and created such a great atmosphere.

“The food is superior. Very fresh and delicious. The custom salads are amazing. The soups and chili’s too. It’s a bit pricey but the quality and quantity is worth it. The portions are huge. The ambiance is really nice too and there’s both indoor and outdoor seating. I have been there five times. My only complaint is that on all five occasions not even one employee was friendly. Not one. Nobody smiled. They all looked miserable. I asked if the soup had cream in it and the cashier said I don’t know with a blank look. I asked if she could find out but it seemed like an inconvenience. It’s a shame because other than that they’re five star. So if you don’t mind lots of grumpy frowns it’s a great place.“
