“I have been coming to the Elk Grove location of 5 or 6 years and it is the best. The employees are very nice, and the sandwiches are always delicious! They are the best of the best sandwiches by far! The Northshore is my favorite. The sandwiches are very fresh, have a lot of meat and produce and are well presented open face (see photo). Look at how much meat and produce there is compared to the amount of bread. The owner (I think her name is Lea) is very nice, very welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. I am always extremely satisfied when I go there. Great job, Lea!“

“First of all, the wings are always amazing. The flavors are awesome! Especially the Louisiana rub California rub! However, the customer service sometimes isn’t the best. I find that the cashiers are sometimes a little rude and short. I do agree everybody has a bad day sometimes but, customer service is very important on experience at a restaurant. Also, at this particular location, the cashiers were talking so loud that it was even sounding over the music.“
