“I have been coming to the Elk Grove location of 5 or 6 years and it is the best. The employees are very nice, and the sandwiches are always delicious! They are the best of the best sandwiches by far! The Northshore is my favorite. The sandwiches are very fresh, have a lot of meat and produce and are well presented open face (see photo). Look at how much meat and produce there is compared to the amount of bread. The owner (I think her name is Lea) is very nice, very welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. I am always extremely satisfied when I go there. Great job, Lea!“

“All I can say is I am super thankful for the integrity of Ari and Destiny I hope I did not misspell their names. Yesterday we went in and purchased 2 orders of 20 piece wings. California Rub, Lemon pepper and Peking. Oh, my gosh, so good.
The customer service was very prompt and very customer oriented. My wallet fell out of my pocket. And I didn't notice it because we had ordered so much food and I was trying to carry the big bag. And I handed it to my husband the bag of food. Well this morning, I was getting ready to go to church, and I discovered that I couldn't find my wallet anywhere. So as I began to backtrack, my steps ended up at back out Fire Wings. And as I began to speak to the young lady Ari she reached underneath the cabinet and gave me my wallet. My husband tried to give her a hundred dollar bill. She would not accept it, she said you shouldn't have to pay me to get your things back.Ohh, MY God, the humanity in this world just brightened my day.
