“I haven’t had so much good food in years. I’m so happy we found this place. Food was flavorful and fresh. I loved the garlic chicken and the chicken chow mein was great. I honestly enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken and the fried rice, basically everything I tried and I’m fussy when it comes to food. I’ll be back soon!“

“Stopped in here yesterday after seeing this pop up online, and I'm glad I did! This might just be my new favorite sushi joint. The restaurant is super clean and has plenty of space, and I was greeted immediately upon walking in (I sat this because that's not always the case!). I ordered the garlic edamame and the Hughson Huskies roll. Both were delicious, but the roll itself was FIRE! It had a lot of flavor and was huge. I could barely finish it! My server was friendly and attentive, and the food came out fast. I'll definitely be back!“

“The food is always good and you get a lot for your money. We usually get takeout because it's just nicer to eat at home and the dining room is fairly dated, plus it's only open for lunch since the pandemic. You can get a large variety of dishes, including veggies as well. Recommend this business to anyone who likes Chinese food.“

“We have been looking for good Chinese food since the Beijing closed in Modesto and have found it at Grand Asia. The atmosphere is charming with plenty of comfortable booths. The waitress was a lot of fun and was happy to explain some of the ingredients we were unfamilir with. Best of all, the food was excellent, piping hot and served very quickly. The ingredients were fresh and really good quality. We enjoyed honey walnut shrimp, their house specialty combo of kung pao chicken, and combo chow mein. Our praise to the chef! Grand Asia is our new favorite Chinese restaurant.“

“This is my 1st time here today. I have been to turlock many times and never once stopped here. This place did not disappoint me at all. I had the dinner combo that consisted of plain fried rice, Kung pao chicken, and brocolli chicken. My boyfriend had the dinner combo that consisted of plain fried rice, orange chicken, and sweet and sour pork. Both dishes came with soup. I got the hot and sour soup. My boyfriend got the egg flower soup. Everything was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. I also will definitely come back.“

“We had it delivered. Hadn't eaten there before. My son ordered wonton soup today, because the place we order from usually was closed today. Wonton soup is the best when you are feeling under the weather. It's a cure-all. Well, it arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious. So much flavor! “Appetisers here are amazing, especially the fried prawns. Portion sizes are also very generous. Chow mein has that delicious wok-char flavour, so tasty! Sweet & sour pork was a little too sweet for my liking but still yummy. Unfortunately the roast duck was way over cooked and very dry. Golden China beef a bit tasteless and beef was a bit stringy/gristly.“

“This place is so good and clean! The prices you can't beat. Best chinese in east side Modesto. Its def a hole in the wall restaurant but that's the best kind of restaurants in my humble opinion. Garlic chicken and pork chow mein highly recommended. I just wished they had like a homemade chili sauce that would be epic! Thank you ?

“I've eaten here twice, both were to go orders so i really can't tell you much about the actual restaurant or staff, but both times the food was very good and portion size was good as well. The reason for not giving 5 stars, is my limited experience here. I can only say our food was good both times we picked it up.“

Only thing was it was a bit dirty,noodles on the floor and sauce was all over the sauce area. But they apologized and honestly wasn't a huge issue“

“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! The conversation between the three of them were load and unprofessional. I was so ready to leave! Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.“

“Love this spot and visit it 2 to 3x's a week. I always get the same thing, and I reward my German shepards of their training goes well. They know as soon as we drive up. I find their chicken to be the best ever......Some of the other locations need a bit more work... But all in all....this one rocks...
