“We had our wedding reception here on 10/10 and everything from the planning to the day of was absolutely amazing. I would like to thank Melissa Duran and the two servers (can’t remember their names) who worked the party from the bottom of our hearts. We had so many guests tell us what a great time they had from food to service. Thank you Golden Road for making our day so special. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a large gathering / celebration 🎉“

“Fantastic pizza, fries and beer. I love that you can get whole pizzas and pizza slices of the different kinds of pizzas. I was able to get my slice of pineapple that no one else likes and a slice of truffle. One slice is pretty large though.“

“This has become a go-to spot for awesome beer, great pinball, and even better company. The pinball machines are meticulously maintained and play great, and they run regular pinball tournaments that are super welcoming and beginner-friendly. The owner and staff care deeply about the quality of the beer and the experience their patrons have when they visit, and the regulars are always warm and inviting. I highly recommend a visit if you truly want that Cheers experience where "everybody knows your name." ?“

“Been here about 10 times now, discovered it one day in Newport for my first Mother’s Day, they were giving moms free churros and it was such a pleasant experience we’ve been making the 30 min drive to come back ever since. Always a pleasant experience, service is always friendly and quick, the atmosphere is fun with an 2 inside areas and 2 outside areas andthe food is great (we mostly always get steak Chilaquiles and their steak breakfast burrito). This is a great place for toddlers/kids we love sitting on the patio area with grass and tv, we’re happy and our kiddos are happy. The food is always reliably tasty well cooked meat and free chips and salsa (lots of salsa choices and all good). I’ve even come here with my girlfriend for a mom’s day out. Highly recommend such a pleasant experience and ideal spot for watching sporting events or just to feel comfortable eating out with kiddos!

“My family and I have been customers of this place for over 20 years. There is no better place in Santa Ana (or Orange County for that matter) for a good old-fashioned birria. It is cooked to perfection. I came today after a couple of years, and they have simply not lost their magic touch. The same staff from years ago making the same delicious recipe. Trust me, this is the spot!“

“Fabulous choice of beer and various prices and strengths. Loved the Red Ale and the Smoothie ? ale too.. Nice bar tender amd apparently they have their main location 10-15 minutes away serving food and more beer. Here there's a choice of a dozen ales. I had a few beers while my wife was in Sephora ??“
“Great craft brewery 10 minutes from John Wayne Airport. Attached to a place called the anti-mall ( never knew) with shops, restaurants, stuff..great pre-flight choice for a flight 😂😅😉“

“Stopped in on a Wednesday. There are 2 other great breweries in the area which makes it a fun spot to hop around.
Had the light lager, was a little on the butter side, but pretty solid. The bar is pretty cool and modern, had plenty of bar seating and high tops along with a cool little couch as you enter the beer garden.
The beer garden is awesome. Plenty of space, cool lighting, and a stage. Would love to hangout there with some live music. Prices are more than reasonable and the staff is super attentive.

“Food is always great. We were seated this last time and I think they forgot about us, took almost 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Everytime I've gone the last few years the place seems dead.
Parking: A few spots in front, was used for valet back in the day but unsure if they are still doing that. If there is no parking you need to park in the main lot for the shopping center (near Boudin) and walk over.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu includes fish and chips, mac and cheese, etc.“
“Was there today on 10-19-24. Had a good time celebrating a family members bday. Great place, great atmosphere. Just one thing, a staff member fell really flat on personality. Very noticeable. No warmth at all. Just felt noteworthy to mention. A lot of times, what makes people come back?“

“I had the pleasure of working with Danielle and the Karl Strauss Anaheim team for a Happy Hour for my company back in November.
We're based out of Michigan, but you wouldn't have known there was a 3-hour time difference, because Danielle's communications were quick and helpful.
As for the event itself, we had close to 100 people that circled through, and the Manager that night (Jacob) and all the servers assigned to our section (Blondie, Colin, Sky, Evenor, Bobby, Ally, and Michael) were AMAZING! Everyone went above and beyond with everything.
We got rave reviews from everyone who attended, and many selfies were taken with Angels Stadium in the background.
If our company is ever back in the Anaheim area, we'll definitely be back!“

“If you can get here this is a fun place for pre drinks at the stadium. Getting there took a bit of work. You need Club view tickets or take the elevator. But the elevator is for disabled people so after about 9 elevators passed us by we got to our table. I love the ordering system with the QR code. Everything came in a timely manner. Nachos and beer was perfect!“

“It is a calm environment, the sunset looks very beautiful. I like that you order online and pay, so there's no problem splitting bills when you go with friends. The cheese on the nachos is delicious 🤤 although I found the meat very seasoned (I don't really enjoy strong seasonings) the pretzel was delicious, the potatoes too. In general the food and drinks were very good. What I didn't like very much was the service, there are so many people that the waiters are in a hurry, one of them spilled the beer on the jacket of one of the customers and didn't seem to care much. The food comes out without a name (many times) so at large tables it is difficult to know who it belongs to and there is a lot of noise. There are also no tables for large groups so if there are more than 8-10 they will probably all be at separate tables.
Parking: There is free parking; However, it tends to get crowded, we saw a sign that said 3 hours Parking but it took a little longer and everything was fine
Kid-friendliness: Not much, although some couples brought their children, there is alcohol for sale and there is no children's area“

“Everything was great but it took the server 15 minutes to charge us the tab! He had our card in his hand and went off to 3 other tables and took their orders etc when he could've easily just charged our card and not have us waiting 15 minutes. Also unprofessional to have our card in his hands WHILE he visited 3 other tables. I had to follow him with my eyes at each table to make sure no one took a picture of our card. I shouldn't even have to worry about that. Please respect each guests time and privacy of payment forms. Thank you.“
