“Going to this location was pleasant only because my sandwich artist named Tiffany made me a really good Italian BMT with love, respectful, great attitude and made my sandwich with just the right amount of ingredients and cut it like a pro, not to mention a solid wrap to go. I cannot believe how amazing the subs are here. Also how huge they are. You can honestly get a regular size sub and split it with a friend and it will get the job done.

The #1 option with cold cuts and Vietnamese-style meatloaf is incredibly flavorful. I might be mistaken, but I detect a lovely smoky note that elevates the entire sandwich.
The bread is truly exceptional—fresh, soft on the inside, and perfectly crunchy on the outside. It’s the ideal baguette to complement the vibrant fillings. “I’ve been eating here through 3 ownerships since the 1970s. I really like the new menu, the outdoor eating area and the bar. The service isn’t 5 star but it’s good as it ever was and I’m fine with it. Unfortunately Ihad a very lousy customer service incident on the phone tonight after they botched my delivery order. I ordered grilled cheese sandwich and onion rings. Postmates delivered matzoball soup and rings. Johnny’s customer service lady (didn’t offer name) and the manager refused all responsibility for the wrong item they mispacked; she told me to take it up with Postmates. OK, but meanwhile can I get my sandwich that Johnny’s failed on? “Take it up with Postmates.” When I questioned that logic from a customer service perspective she said “you’re failing to understand!” and told me “don’t get an attitude with me!” I replied “an attitude with YOU?” and she hung up on me. Come on, Johnny’s, this whole thing started with your mistake. Accept responsibility and make it right. Don’t blame delivery. Just make it right.“
