“My wife and I have enjoyed 3 meals between us at this delightfully bright and open restaurant & bar. The food is superb. I had a NOLA burrito, a surprising and tasty combination of ingredients. My wife has eaten there twice, and reports the the grilled shrimp tacos were "to die for". While with, me she had a very tasty avocado toast topped with a poached egg.“
“The meals were amazing. Two people had the special of lamb chops. They said it was excellent and the sauce was amazing. One had the gnocchi and was very impressed. I had the salmon. We all cleaned our plates it was so good. Highly recommend. We come at least once when we are here for our two months.“
“OMG! We had so much fun here! If you were in the desert 30 years ago and remember what the nest used to be this is similar. The food is really, really good. And they always have live music in the Picasso side of the restaurant. People get up and sing and dance with the live music.The service is a bit slow, but the food is worth the wait. The portions on some of the dishes are enough for two people. Always are sure you ask about specials, I had one of the best sea bass dishes I have had in a long time. I think this will become one of our local favorites!“
“The new location is a wonderful place to enjoy carefully selected wine and beers. Grab some rays or sit in the shade on the outdoor patio. Tasting bar inside is spacious with yummy wine snacks or I'm told we can bring a pizza or sandwich to enjoy outside with our glass of wine. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Desert Wine shop has a bottle for any budget and even sourced a special case for me from Valle de Guadalupe Mexico! Support Local small business y'all.“

“It's the best restaurant in El Paseo. The food is fresh and tasty. Our waitress, the one with a pretty makeup, did a great job on the suggestions. We got Chicken Screws, Empanadas, Ahi, and beet salad.The blond girl did check on our table often. On Saturday night at 6 pm, there wasn't a single empty chair available. This place is doing really well.“

Prices are higher as is corkage fee but not out of line. We have paid comparable pricing at restaurants who are pretending to be “fine dining”. “We came here looking for furniture in the Mathis Home Furnishings store and saw this elegant bistro in the back of the building. It was their first day open and the staff was eager to help us. They have a rotating selection of beers on tap as well as a nice wine and champagne selection from which I'm told will grow as they fill their inventory. The prices are very reasonable for fresh food that's cooked to order. So we tried the chicken nachos, Italian Sandwich with fries and had fried green beans as an appetizer. Everything was cooked perfectly and served within reasonable time. This restaurant/bar is very convenient and so smart to have while shopping for furniture. It allows you to take a break and relax thinking about the next piece of furniture you plan on adding to your home. The ambiance transports you to another place while you sit enjoying the luxurious amenities within the bistro. The music playing was tasteful, TVs were on and ready to show the next football or baseball game. Alma who was the Bistro/Bar manager introduced herself and made us feel at home. She made sure everything was cooked to our satisfaction. She was very courteous and helpful. The best part is you can come in and eat here anytime 10 am - 6 pm.
