“Taco Bell is pretty much the same as in flavor. The young lady at the drive thru this evening at around 11:30 pm was very nice & pleasant. She had a wonderful smile & was very helpful & nice. Late night only the drive thru is open. So no dine in or take out. Store looks good. Nice, clean and neat. Good food for the most part too. More so at 2 am when the bars close.“

“This is easily one of the best Wendy’s I’ve visited! The facility was spotlessly clean, and the service was top-notch. I even met the manager, Shawn, who was super nice, he greeted us the moment we walked in and personally checked in to ask how our meal was.

“They kindly verified my identity before picking up my order which I really appreciate. It’s one of the smaller Subway stores but it’s clean, organized and has a great layout. The staff is very amiable and welcoming. For those who order online or do DoorDash, the drinks are on the right hand side near the counter as you enter and the pick-up shelves are on the left hand side (kind of hidden). Overall satisfactory experience with this location.“

“I have to give a shout out to Zoe! My boss had called in a catering order the night before for an important meeting and when I went to go pick it up in the morning, no one had any knowledge of any order that was made and there was no notes anywhere. As unprofessional and annoying as that is, Zoe killed it. She took control and ownership even though it wasn't her fault and took the order and had it done quickly. She was quick to accommodate, she kept her cool, having been thrown a huge order without any prior warning, and had a smile on her face the whole time. She handled helping customers in between helping me, like a boss. Even offering to help me carry it to my car even though it was busy. She knows how to treat customers and keep her cool under stressful situations. That's manager material.

Current Management needs to do a better job of communicating orders that are made. Shame on you! This was a very important order for a very important meeting and they dropped the ball. Zoe saved you guys. U better give her a raise. My job probably would never order from u guys again if it wasnt for her saving it.“

“The manager tonight Jessica was awesome and has so much patience. A rude customer who said she was a 2nd grade teacher came through the drive thru when I was there and was absolutely rude, very entitled, demanding, loud, and kept twisting every word that came out of the managers mouth, while throwing a tantrum in the drive thru. The staff was so patient, kind, and went above and beyond trying to please this woman and still she remained awful while they continued trying to make things right. This lady was rotten and makes me glad she never had or will have the opportunity of teachong my children. Kfc staff, thank you for being rockstars tonight. You guys did not deserve that from her or any other customer. Thabk you for my delicious meal and great customer service. To the lady who did this to you, do better. We all have bad days but they didn't deserve your wrath.“

“Recommend this place. Be sure to ask if something is low or out. They may have more or fresh food ready. Rewards program isn’t bad, free stuff each month and if you save up for a free entree each time it’s really good. Get a bowl ask for $.50 tortilla and you get way more food than a burrito. Staff is friendly but keep in mind this isn’t a Michelin star restaurant, it’s a somewhat quick way to get a burrito that’s not like the other fast food burrito places.“

“Like all stores across the world so no problems with the food. However they couldn't get the vanilla milkshake to work. Eventually agreed to substitute for an alternative.
The problem was ordering a coffee before we got on our tour bus. They failed to produce a cappuccino in 15 minutes. The reason is that all orders are strictly processed in order of receipt. So they prepare collection orders and all orders received before yours notwithstanding that pressing a button to make one coffee takes 15 seconds. Surely common sense should dictate otherwise.
Anyway we got a refund.“
