“This location is not only the best Carl's Jr in all of OC, but it is one of the best fast food restaurants period. I recently started working in Irvine and I come here at least twice a week. Food is always hot and fresh. Maria the manager, and her crew are extremely kind and give the best customer service!“

“my kids love burgers and fries here👍 the boy staffs are very helpful and friendly😊 my kids said they love the clean place and of course they like 2 brothers in the restaurant. 😁 Staffs have fully service-mind. “This is the first time I've been to this Carl's Jr. on Technology Drive in Irvine, and have to say, with total honesty, I was impressed and so was my son. We went through the drive-up today at about 10:17 am, and the lady who helped us, "Paris," was very friendly, courteous, and provided more-than-expected service. The food was prepared right, but the lasting impression goes to Paris. Why can't everyone is this industry provide customer service like this? It couldn't be that difficult could it??? “My local Carl’s Jr is amazing. I had an order for my family with Items That had special modification requests and my order was exactly as we hoped. Luna, the employee who helped us at the drive-through window was friendly and helpful. She answer questions about the mobile app so I would be able to use it in the future. Overall, this was a wonderful experience at the end of a stressful day.“
