Love having a quick lunch here. Fish quality is always the best, the staff is super attentive with quick service, and they offer the best lunch specials. Premium chirashi don is my go to, such a great value for their lunch special with the best premium fish!

Kiyo Sushi & Sake offers a great dining experience with outstanding customer service. The menu is diverse, featuring lunch options and premium dishes such as the premium churashi don and beef teriyaki combo. The sushi is tasty, with popular items like the Krin roll and hamachi. The lunch combo is also a hit. Sashimi enthusiasts will appreciate the freshness and quality of the fish, with the toro sashimi platter being a standout. The restaurant has a very nice environment, with clean tables and a bright ceiling, creating a relaxed atmosphere where everyone looks chill. The staff is friendly and the service is quick and courteous, making it a good place to enjoy with friends and family in Irvine, CA. Takeout options are well-packaged and maintained to ensure freshness. However, the restaurant is quite small, and after 11:30 during lunch hours, seating may be limited to the counter. Prices can be a bit high, with $4 for one piece of sushi and a minimum of two pieces per kind, but some find the fish not always matching the price. Uni pastas are not recommended as the hot, condensed sauce covers the light, sweet taste of uni. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit for a business meal or casual dining, especially for fresh sashimi, sushi, and the fun experience of drinking sake from their special dispenser.
