“Location: Conveniently located near shopping, offices, hotels, and much more. Right off the 10 fwy.
Parking: Adequate parking as it is located in a business center.
Food: Cream cheese danish was excellent!
Also ordered two breakfast/brunch croissants. (Turkey/Egg/Cheese and Turkey/Egg) - They were absolutely amazing!!!
Coffee: I ordered a Brown Sugar Iced Latte w/ Oatmilk If you actually enjoy COFFEE & and not the overly sweet / heavy creamer drinks, this is the place for you! There aren’t many places that have good quality coffee but that’s not an issue here.
Service: Outstanding!!!!
Atmosphere: Good people, Good Vibes, Good energy….if you need a place to meet up with friends or family, this would be a great spot! Or to catch up on work/school work.
There are comics available to read and to purchase, the decor was really unique too.“

“I recently visited RoyalTea Boba in Grand Terrace and had an amazing experience! This family-owned shop has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a must-visit in the area. One highlight was the special boba milk tea they made for me—it was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the boba pearls had just the right texture.
Another unique feature is their merchandise area, where I found instant bubble tea kits. I bought one to try making boba tea at home with my family. While our homemade version didn't quite match RoyalTea's perfection, it was a fun project.
The shop is beautifully decorated, and the shelves are stocked with various boba tea flavors and kits. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into every aspect of this business.
Overall, RoyalTea Boba offers excellent drinks and a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the Grand Terrace area!“

“First time coming here and not the last! Customer service is top tier making you feel welcome and made me feel like I’m there every day event though it was my first time. I ordered, barely even had a minute to look around, and my order was ready (not complaining) just saying how fast their service is. “Eating a chorizo breakfast burrito as I write this, and it’s just soo good I had to leave a review. My husband and I have tried multiple breakfast burritos elsewhere and I have to say Cafe Society has the tastiest ones! I can’t speak for atmosphere or other food as this is our to-go meal, but service is exceptional. Very kind, professional service and burritos are always made quickly. They come with a red salsa that makes the burrito even better. Our personal favorite is the chorizo.“

“*worth it long wait time* we came on a Saturday morning and waited 40 min but they were packed and busy which you know the food would be good. I got the steak and eggs and my husband got the chilaquiles. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a while food came out quick and cooked to perfection. First time and I was impressed! The staff was working hard to get everyone in and out. I appreciate the staff for working so hard and helping us get the best food possible. First time and won’t be the last !“

“Super cute shop! Been at Tyler Mall several times and never seen this booth as popular as PS I Crepe You.
The prices are very reasonable and the drinks are really good.
Ordered a matcha latte w/ strawberry foam and the biscoff latte. They were delicious and rich, not watered down at all. They do actually whisk the matcha and whip their own foam.
Highkey recommend more than the Starbucks in the food court!!“

“After trying boba milk and fruit teas in many shops, 7 Leaves comes out as one of the most authentic. They even have a kitchen in the back where they cook the taro and mung beans etc so that their taro milk tea doesn’t just come from a “powder” but from actual taro. I believe they even have a specialist in charge of quality control of their teas. All in all, they use authentic and high quality materials. It is totally worth the drive to find a 7 Leaves.
So next time you order a taro milk tea for example, elsewhere, watch them add the taro powder to the milk. Ask them where the powder comes from …. You’ll want to go back to 7 Leaves and get authentic tea with authentic food ingredients.“

Even better is that the revenue from the coffee they sell goes to a charitable cause. The décor is very modern, clean, and bright. Highly recommended.“

“The workers here are all so nice, I'm a regular and they know my order by heart, they always ask me about school or what I'm learning now. Always so supportive.

“First time here. This place is so tasty. The strawberry matcha latte was truly delicious, maybe the best I've had. I got it with the brulee custard, boba, and grass jelly ($8.25 for a large with all the extras). Amazing. The popcorn chicken was well seasoned with a good batter ($8.50). Cute place. Great service. Definitely coming back whenever I'm in the area.“

“Drove a little ways from work to get here and wasn't expecting much but it's quite big with lot of options for sandwiches and donuts or if you want Chinese food you can get that as well. I got a turkey, egg and bacon French roll and it was pretty big size! We'll see if lives up to expectations but overall good stop.“
