“The food is fantastic. Perfectly done chicken, perfect spice and heat, soft bun, and good sauce.
The Waffle is incredible and the Mac and Cheese is delicious.
The best part of Al’s is the service. There was a small mixup with my order and the Manager went above and beyond offering a free drink and free Mac and Cheese because I had to wait just a few extra minutes. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant.
The inside could be a little cleaner, but as a take-out orderer, easy 5 stars.“

“First time ever trying Louisiana’s famous fried chicken and I was pretty surprised by how small the restaurant was and how good the chicken was. Got the 4pc meal with 2sides ( red beans and rice & Mac N cheese ) the chicken was really good super juicy with a little bit of spice the red beans and rice was good. Especially when I added the hot sauce to it. The Mac N cheese was also really good and extra creamy the role. I believe it was a King’s Hawaiian bread. It was tiny but did taste good. I will definitely come back for more chicken in the future they have really good customer service right here and some very friendly employees“

“I and my mother were looking for a place to get food on the way home (30min away) after a doctors appointment. Googled best restaurants nearby and was surprised to find a small restaurant above all the rest. Everything from the chicken veggie bowl, to the lemonade (not over sweet), and the 1/2 chkn lunch rice & beans was better than I’ve found near me in Rancho. Oh, and the pita is proper. Can actually open into a pocket and fill with ingredients yumm ?“

“the salad was okay. i feel like it has a LOT going on. & the tomatoes are so big for no reason. however they’re cheesecake (which i didn’t take a picture of) it’s soooo good. customer service is good , atmosphere as well. music a little loud so it’s hard to talk but it’s cool“

“From a person who loves all the extra flavors and seasoning, here simplicity is key the chicken is way juicer then and Juan pollo I’ve ever had the meals there are definitely worth the price when sharing, hands down would take this family owned then fast food any day fills you up and makes you feel good after“

“Chicken is juicy, "They have their spices & seasoning down pat!" my cuban-ecuadorian husband says. The rice, for me, is disgusting- it's bland, I really hate it. It's not cooked w/tomatos of anykind but hubby & son say it's edible.? Potato salad? SO BOMB! Beans? BOMB again & I don't really like Potato salad or beans of any kind usually because, well, I'm a picky * they're just not my favorite foods but this places flavors are really amazing I Iove them both! We get the chicken package deals 2 or 3 whole chickens plus sides & tortillas. Their pricing is one of the lowest, way less than 1/2 of what you'd pay at El Pollo Loco for the same amount of food. These guys mild Salsa does remind me of Pollo Locos "house salsa", which tastes great & isn't hot just the way I like it. Hubby says their green salsa (hot) is good as well. We go here once every 2 wks, get a package deal & have enough left over for the week between 4-5 people. Their chicken, potato salad, & beans are consistant, always taste the exact same. Their chickens are cooked in large rotisseries, anyone saying they are dry is an imbicile because it's near impossible to dry out chicken in one of those machines when on a timer. My uncle introduced us to this place 10+yrs ago & we've been going ever since. If they made a different variant of rice we would probably go every week instead of every 2 weeks. Really wish they'd consider changing their rice recipe to something tomato based. Tongue-in-cheek I will mention on Tuesday nights they have 2 whole chickens w/tortillas (corn or flour always your choice) & hot or mild salsa for under $20 (think it's around $18 altogether) sides are extra though. Sorry if this was long bur I freaking LOVE this place & I'm a very VERY nit picky eater. If you like chicken, you gotta try here...just not Tuesday night...it's never crowded & I'd like it to stay that way. ?“

“Amazing. I love their rose Tteokbokki and their chicken OMG it didn't disappoint. Even if you have left over, it is amazing the next day. I don't like that their chicken sandwich meal is only till 3p and then you have to order everything separately I think that is d*** so just stick to the chicken wings because it's not worth ordering a meal separately. I do advise you to bring your own drink because the can drinks are a bit much just for 1 can. It's not worth it. It's best to order to go and eat it at home.“

Side hack small potato sale side of flour tortillas. For $4.25 ya got 3 grear potato tacos!!“
“I asked one of the cashier if the corn dogs(or hotdogs) were halal and she said the corndogs contain pork and used to cook in the same oil with the chicken so the chicken could be in risk of cross contamination and might NOT BE HALAL so be aware.“

She was courteous, attentive, & really went out of her way to ensure each guest was served. Hanna, way to display leadership & attentive service. It’s rare to find people in the service industry that exemplify pride in their work & want guests to feel welcome. Give this girl a promotion and a raise!“

“While on our way to the movies, we randomly chose Juan Pollo, expecting a fast-food experience. To my surprise, the food was fantastic! I enjoyed the hardshell chicken tacos, and my partner had the half chicken combo, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean—definitely a step up from typical chains in the I.E
