“The food is fantastic. Perfectly done chicken, perfect spice and heat, soft bun, and good sauce.
The Waffle is incredible and the Mac and Cheese is delicious.
The best part of Al’s is the service. There was a small mixup with my order and the Manager went above and beyond offering a free drink and free Mac and Cheese because I had to wait just a few extra minutes. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant.
The inside could be a little cleaner, but as a take-out orderer, easy 5 stars.“

“First time ever trying Louisiana’s famous fried chicken and I was pretty surprised by how small the restaurant was and how good the chicken was. Got the 4pc meal with 2sides ( red beans and rice & Mac N cheese ) the chicken was really good super juicy with a little bit of spice the red beans and rice was good. Especially when I added the hot sauce to it. The Mac N cheese was also really good and extra creamy the role. I believe it was a King’s Hawaiian bread. It was tiny but did taste good. I will definitely come back for more chicken in the future they have really good customer service right here and some very friendly employees“

“The outside is, you know... but inside, the place is so clean and spacious! I came to satisfy my nerdy hobby of collecting pressed pennies, and I decided to order a burrito too. It was HUGE! The chicken itself was also pretty good, typical of a rotisserie chicken. Definitely stop by and try!“

“We got the family pack and two tacos. We always crave Juan Pollo and don't have one nearby. We discovered this place by accident and it's so close to home. This place is great, highly recommend! No complaints here. All the staff was friendly and service was fast. The chicken was so tender and flavorful, fell off the bone like a rib! This will be our go-to place for a quick, delicious dinner 😋“

“I and my mother were looking for a place to get food on the way home (30min away) after a doctors appointment. Googled best restaurants nearby and was surprised to find a small restaurant above all the rest. Everything from the chicken veggie bowl, to the lemonade (not over sweet), and the 1/2 chkn lunch rice & beans was better than I’ve found near me in Rancho. Oh, and the pita is proper. Can actually open into a pocket and fill with ingredients yumm ?“

“This place just popped up and, despite the location, all of the old reviews and pictures are for the Korean fried chicken joint. Ignore that. This place is great. Fresh noodles, everything is steamed and super clean, it's reasonably priced, and it's a nice place to sit down and have some of the best noodles around. This is a different style compared to some of the other places in Rancho, so give this a try and you won't regret it.“

“Love th food but thier drink station is dirty ! Specially th ice dispenser make sure tht is clean before you get some ice! It's really bad there is like black mold in it when i ate in, so no ice for me it suck though because I want hurchatta, so I got Pepsi instead. I hope I took a photo. Next time, but if you pay close attention and look, it's really dirty. Look for yourself before you have that ice drop in your cup.🫣“
“I asked one of the cashier if the corn dogs(or hotdogs) were halal and she said the corndogs contain pork and used to cook in the same oil with the chicken so the chicken could be in risk of cross contamination and might NOT BE HALAL so be aware.“

“Reviewing a franchise chain isn’t something you’d usually take time to do, but I want to make sure to acknowledge the great service I experienced & observed from Hanna at this location. She was courteous, attentive, & really went out of her way to ensure each guest was served. Hanna, way to display leadership & attentive service. It’s rare to find people in the service industry that exemplify pride in their work & want guests to feel welcome. Give this girl a promotion and a raise!“
“The place is decent and food has gotten better than the last owners, but if you’re going to be closed for lunch between 1pm-2pmAt least set the hours to that so I’m not wasting gas or time on my lunch ??♀️Other than that service is good“

“While on our way to the movies, we randomly chose Juan Pollo, expecting a fast-food experience. To my surprise, the food was fantastic! I enjoyed the hardshell chicken tacos, and my partner had the half chicken combo, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean—definitely a step up from typical chains in the I.E
Missing star - small leg, big as my pinkie! hahaha“
