The beer selection was exceptional, the employees were upbeat, fast working, and thoughtful. I felt waited on the entire time and we were in the outside patio! “First time eating here today and it was totally 10/10! I'm not a big fan of food trucks, but this will definitely be my go to place at least once a week now. Parking was easy, there was a outdoor bench to enjoy your meal, and I'm not sure if the lady was the owner herself but she was very polite and nice. She came out to take everyone's orders and prepared and served it better than most restaurants. The flavors were built on layers and every bite was delectable.

“We have been trying taco spots all around Modesto, and this one is not receiving the praise it deserves! All the meats we chose were delicious! Carne asada was the most flavorful I’ve had in a long while of trying different spots. We got the carne asada, pastor, pollo, chorizo, and cameron tacos.. All bomb! My favorite was the super pastor fries! I had to cut myself off from eating more even though I was full.. they were addictive. Beware! Seriously though.. a solid spot for tacos.

Update: I haven’t since tried everything on this menu and I’m telling you this guy does not miss with his food. From the tacos, to the vampiros, and even the torta was awesome! Still so so good!“

“This is the best asada burrito I've had in a long time. I got a regular Asada burrito and a Coke for $9.50! I usually pay $15 at other places. The burrito was so good w/ all the fixings, radish, Chile and lemon wedges. I prefer lime but the lemon is good too. Hit this place up for lunch and dinner. So good. #chefskiss“

“I've ordered a few things from them. the last few were just so good I didnt want to stop eating but the portion is so big there is just no way. highly recommend their burritos, I had the one with the green chili on it, cant remember the name. The baked potato however, was so good I wanted to order another one a few days later. There are few places where you can get a really good baked potato. I promise they do not disappoint. “First time trying it out on a recommendation from a few people.
They do have a decent salsa bar (cabbage salsa is the superior salsa 🤤) which was a highlight of one of the recommendations.

The food left a little to be desired, I got the two item combo the tamale was very tasty, the red sauce had a good kick but it didn't linger or take away from the flavor. The sope however was a little lack-luster. I got it with pastor, which was not like any pastor I've ever had so that was disappointing. The masa was tough and flavorless. I love that they use romaine and not just iceberg but it was missing that crunch. Points for the rice and beans, though, they were very flavorful!
My husband got the taco salad, and it was pitiful, huge shell barely half way filled up. He was also bummed at the pastor.
He also said the shell tasted like dish soap😬

Overall- more positives than negatives and I'd definitely come back to try other stuff. I saw other plates that people in our group ordered and I was definitely intrigued!
