“Holy Moly! Really good charcoal-fired kebabs at a really good value. This Mom and Pop place is clean, welcoming and offers high-quality food. The steak kebab was amazingly tender and flavorful and the Spicy Chicken breast and regular Chicken breast kebabs were equally delicious. We ordered the platter which includes perfectly prepared rice, creamy hummus, lavash bread, and a large green bbq’d pepper and tomato. The kebabs and vegetables are cooked over a charcoal fire, which adds to the wonderful flavor. The owners are personal and friendly and have pride in their business. The restaurant is located in a small center and not visible from the road. There are a few tables, but it is primarily take-out orders. I will definitely be back to try the Lula kebabs and the red bean salad.

Parking: Plenty of parking in retail center parking lot.“

“We decided to give them a try and were absolutely delighted by their service and quality of food. They took our order just before their closing and we picked up the order in 25 minutes. We ordered chicken koobideh, chicken thigh, and beef koobideh wraps (fries on the side) and they all were extremely delicious with generous portions. Small parking lot, but street parking is also available. Outdoor seating is also available. The lamb shank was calling to me and I absolutely enjoyed every bite. This is, hands down, my favorite restaurant. Kaban Persian Cuisine sets the gold standard for Persian food. If you’re looking for a place that offers outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and the most delicious Persian cuisine you’ll ever taste, this is it. I cannot recommend it enough. “Excellent food here. Plate of raw onion and basil set out first. Our Soltani Kabob and Luleh Kabob plates were enormous. We probably should've just split one. They were both delicious. Meats were tender and flavorful. Rice was awesome. The fresh bread was warm, and great. Service was good. The restaurant is in a 3 store corner mall, so the parking is really tight (lot is shared by a liquor store, a pizza place, a bar, and the restaurant). The inside is fairly basic but nice old photographs on the wall. Highly recommend.“

“We were invited to this restaurant. Food was average. I had better Persian food. It was on the blend side. They will spice it up of you tell them.
Service was not up to par. The lady who took our order was confused. Our host repeated it a couple of times. They also mentioned to serve everything on a family platter. However it can as an individual dish. The host was upset as they come here regularly and this was not what they expected for their guest. We assured they it is fine.
The kabob and kubbedieh were very soft and juicy. They also serve extra butter. Kids enjoyed the fried and burger. They said it was good.
They have a nice spot for salah. I wish it was bigger for more people to pray. Us ladies had to wait along time till the guys are done.
Restaurant is very old but clean and taken well care of.

Parking: You have to park on the street next to the restaurant. It is hard to find during peak hours.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access but hard to maneuver inside the restaurant.“

“The best Persian food that I know of. Raffi's is almost as good, but I think the Beef Barg here is slightly better. The service can be iffy sometimes, just don't be in a hurry and you should be fine. The place looks really nice, both the (admittedly ostentatious) inside and the more relaxed patio area. It's not cheap, but no Persian place really is, and the quantity of food is good for what you pay.“
