“It’s not a fancy or luxurious restaurant, but the food is really good. The koobideh is tasty, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the chicken is good too. Overall, the food is definitely worth trying.
Don’t expect fancy customer service, but the staff are friendly and welcoming. One nice thing: there’s no need to pay a tip!“

“The lunch special is a really good deal as the food is always hot and delicious. The long grain basmati rice is extremely soft and so delicious. The boneless chicken kabobs are super juicy and cooked to perfection. We also tried the ghormeh sabzi and the gheyme and they were both very good!!! one of my favorite hidden gems on the west side of the valley. The owner is very kind and sweet as the food is made with love.“

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Safir in Woodland Hills, and I was very impressed with the quality and authenticity of the food. Safir offers a wonderful selection of authentic Middle Eastern and Persian dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious.
My friends and I ordered three main dishes, including Persian kabobs, chicken, and fish, along with several side dishes. Every dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and tasted fresh. The Persian flavors were especially authentic and reminded me of the traditional cuisine I know and love.
It was a great place to enjoy a delicious dinner with friends, and we all had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Safir to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Persian and Middle Eastern food in Woodland Hills. I will definitely be coming back!“
