“The lunch special is a really good deal as the food is always hot and delicious. The long grain basmati rice is extremely soft and so delicious. The boneless chicken kabobs are super juicy and cooked to perfection. We also tried the ghormeh sabzi and the gheyme and they were both very good!!! one of my favorite hidden gems on the west side of the valley. The owner is very kind and sweet as the food is made with love.“

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Safir in Woodland Hills, and I was very impressed with the quality and authenticity of the food. Safir offers a wonderful selection of authentic Middle Eastern and Persian dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious.
My friends and I ordered three main dishes, including Persian kabobs, chicken, and fish, along with several side dishes. Every dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and tasted fresh. The Persian flavors were especially authentic and reminded me of the traditional cuisine I know and love.
It was a great place to enjoy a delicious dinner with friends, and we all had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Safir to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Persian and Middle Eastern food in Woodland Hills. I will definitely be coming back!“

Service: I felt like they rolled out the red carpet for my girlfriend and I The service was extremely attentive, fast and genuinely nice people.

Food: the food was packed with flavor. Tons of delicious herbs and spices. The appetizers were addictive the meat was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. We had the lamb kebab and the beef kabob and honestly you can't go wrong with either. The portions are very generous so expect to get plenty of food.

If you enjoy Middle Eastern food you absolutely have to come here. As a bonus the owner of the restaurant and his family are incredibly nice and have hearts of gold.“

“I think pricing is just right for they quality of the meat and how they serve the food wether it's for take out or dine in. I love that there's grilled tomatoes and veggies included and you can request to have all the rice in one tray and all the meat in another.“

I ordered the potato and leek bolanee. Both were delicious, I always prefer leek over potato but that's my preference both were amazing. I also ordered the mantoo which was cooked to perfection and the afghan rice with lamb shank which is essentially khabuli pualo was also delicious. The lady who was running the spot was the sweetest lady ever she included an extra plate for us the Chapli kabob, which was exceptional! I was not expecting it to be this good!!! the meat was so so tender I thought it was lamb! Definitely going to be my regular spot! So happy to have found this gem! Also keep in mind this food is FRESH and made to order so factor in that it's not a drive through joint and the food isn't just sitting out, there is one lady running the store and cooking so be patient you won't be disappointed. Overall 10/10 I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!!!“

This location has both indoor and outdoor seating. Sometimes it gets loud. Seems really busy with to-go orders. The restaurant was busy when we got there. Customer service is a hit or miss. I wish the bowl of lentil soup was bigger.“
