“Food is great and service was fine. Unfortunately, the location lacks any charm. It's dark, cavernous and lacking in any charm or warmth. I love the location on West Adams, but will not return to the Sherman Oaks location unless it's for takeout. They really need to find a new space“

“My husband always orders for pick up, but yesterday we decided to seat there ...and wow!! I was so happy about the service the 2 gentlemen very friendly, respectful, presentable, the place very clean the bathroom very clean, very calm place no loud music you can hear yourself having a conversation. Small place but cozy. Defently I will go back and eat there 100%.“

“An absolutely wonderful dining experience at Orla by Michael Mina! Everything was exceptional, from the food and presentation to the service and overall atmosphere.
We had the lamb chops and the snapper, and both were outstanding… beautifully prepared and full of flavor. And whatever you do, save room for dessert! The Baklava Sundae was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to cap off the meal.
Orla is definitely worth a visit, and I highly recommend it!“

“My son and are from Riverside and he loves Mediterranean Food. He said Mommy LA has great Mediterranean Food and he was right Lucia’s is outstanding. The meat was tender, smooth and savory hummus, and perfectly fried Fafalal.

“I’ve gone to Rafo’s so many times and haven’t left a review. The chicken thigh sandwich is always so fresh, easy, and juicy. The chicken?! I’ve gotten it at least 5 times now. I had the chicken and beef lule plate once as well and the lule was also super tasty.“

“Hands down the best middle Eastern restaurant in the Valley. The Adana kebab is to die for: they serve it with a pita bread that is full of the meat juices and spices. It pairs well with their babaghanoush and French fries. The Fattoush salad is also really good and fresh. Also, try their Ashta desert, so yummy!! The service can be a bit slow sometimes, but I think it is meant for you to feel like you are in the Middle East and not feel rushed. This place is a MUST try.“

“Have gotten takeout from here a number of times. Never disappointed. Flavorful chicken that's nice and tender, ingredients always seem fresh.
All of the sauces are very tasty and they are very generous with them. The chicken plate and The Get Greeky bowl are, so far, my favorites. Pricing is fair compared to some other places.

“Here’s what I have to say: GET THE SOURDOUGH. It went PERFECTLY with the two dishes I ordered, the blistered shishitos and the lamb, but I’m pretty damn sure it will go great with ANYTHING. Unless you happen to be gluten-phobic, in which case I feel for you. Truly. My wife can’t do gluten. Luckily, I was on my own tonight because some KCRW screening of an Oscar movie sold out before I could get in. And it was free.
NONETHELESS Esme is a wonderful gem in a series of tight cross streets filled with high carbs and beer pubs. You would be lucky and blessed to have this experience. Do it today.

“Hello: With my apology to the owner and staff of Darya Restaurant in Santa Monica I wrote a bad review about 12 days ago. It was my misunderstanding to write a bad review. In fact, It is a good restaurant (5 Star) with excellent, well made, good ambiance, and delicious food and a vast array of dishes on the menu. I must say that their portions are generous in comparison to prices. I ask people to give them a try at least once and see for themselves. I think they are going to be hooked.
