Flame Persian Cuisine is a highly recommended Persian restaurant that is worth the drive. They serve excellent, fresh, and tasty lamb kabob and taftoon. Celebrating Persian New Year with their popular fried white fish and Sabzi polo is a great choice. The friendly staff provides great service in a casual ambiance. The freshly baked bread with butter from the tanoor is a must-try. Many customers say that the food is consistently outstanding and authentic, with juicy beef and chicken, and an amazing house salad. Although the ambience could be a little nicer, it does not take away from the quality of the food. The service is quick and professional, with staff being polite and kind.
