“Naar kitchen is a Persian to go place located inside of the Persian market sun market. This place is amazing to get food to go. They are amazing and service is great. I cater from them all the time and I’m always satisfied! I leave my serving dishes with them and day of my event I pick it up already filled with food I ordered and decorated! Guests always tell me how delicious the food. If you want delicious quality persian food to have at home or for your event this place is the place!“
“Food this good could only be made with a mother's love! Sogol's plate is a great business run by great women and I would definitely recommend their to-go orders for busy students as the ordering and pick-up process were super easy. I ordered the Kotlet sandwich and it was super flavorful. You will not be disappointed and the portions were quite filling. Can't wait to order more amazing meals in the future!“

“Taste of Tehran was my first time eating at a restaurant in Tehrangeles, and it was an awesome choice. This was definitely one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants I've been to in LA. Everything was so great. And yes, I ate a lot of food on the first day here. I started off with some of the stews that included gormeh sabzi, the gheyme, and ash reshteh, which were all very tasty. The surprise hit to me was the Lentil Quinoa Salad. Seriously, one of the best salads I've ever had. It was sweet, refreshing, and savory all at the same time. No words to describe. And then the meats: the koobideh and soltani plate, just fabulous, along with that lentil rice. I can honestly say that Persians make the best rice out of all Middle Eastern countries! Even the barberry rice was amazing. Never had a rice this sweet and fruity before! Overall, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Don't be fooled by the looks of this place. It looks like a quick, over the counter order type of restaurant, but the food is top notch. Even Anthony Bourdain has been here! “From the moment my brother and I walked in, the atmosphere felt like family — welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely warm. The food completely exceeded expectations, especially the Persian-style pizza, which absolutely blew me away with its unique flavors and perfect balance. The baklava was rich, fresh, and unforgettable, easily some of the best I’ve had. And the hookah flavors? Truly extraordinary — smooth, flavorful, and expertly prepared. “Had a fantastic dinner at the warm and welcoming Didar Kitchen.
Located conveniently on Ventura Blvd, a block from Van Nuys, with easy free parking in back, Didar offers delicious Persian food at reasonable prices. Everything is fresh and house-made.
The Zereshk Polo is rice cooked with barberries (they taste like tart cherries). FANTASTIC!!! The serving is large enough for at least two people.
Their Tadig is DELECTABLE crispy rice from the bottom of the pan, with two different aromatic and savory stews on it--so good!
The atmosphere is simple and comfortable, a place to eat, socialize and enjoy your meal.
This food is authentic, fresh, delicious. The owner is so charming and kind that it's a place you'll want to go to again and again.“
