“The place was really nice inside and the area “outside” had this ceiling warmers that make the area cozy and nice. The service was fast, friendly, welcoming and courteous. What I like the most is that they don’t add the typical suggested tip percentage to the bill, for a place this nice and a service this good I’m actually surprised.The food was really good, tender beef, chicken and the salmon as well; Big proportions and tasty crunchy panini bread.We didn’t get to go inside or use the bathrooms but the next time we’ll do just out of curiosity lol. They serve wine, beers and many variety of alcoholic drinks, but we didn’t try any tho. The hot chocolate, I have to say tho, was not quite hot but warm enough, although for me, a hot chocolate has to definitely be HOT ?, by that is not any reason to not give this place 5 well deserved stars;, especially because of the service, really good service.Recommended ??“
“Been coming here for many years for both fine in and takeout at the current and previous location. Consistent meal quality over the years. Friendly service. My only complaint is sometimes there's only one small grilled tomato when is small, one would expect two.“
“Koobikland has the BEST koobideh not only in OC but the entire California! Not only the food was beyond delicious, but the ambience and the service was above and beyond. We had great Sunday family gathering at Koobikland. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“The chicken skewers portion much smaller than in the photos, however, overall quite tasty.It's a single man (owner/server) who is trying his best to serve but it took a long time to get the food out... need patience...If I'll ever go back then maybe I will put the order over the phone so it will be ready when arrive.“
“Literally, my favorite place to eat. I'm sad that I only recently discovered this gem of a restaurant. Bobby and Soheila are fantastic people. I'd recommend the hummus, best ever. Also, ask about their stews. Their fesenjān will change your life. No hyperbole here, try it.“
“Our dinner was delicious, as usual. The service was exceptional. Our waiter, Makeo, was amazing! He was friendly and attentive and made our night more pleasant. We also enjoyed the singer and belly dancer. They were both excellent performers. My 7 year old son didn't even need his tablet. My only regret tonight is not ordering the borani because we usually get it and it's soooo good. We had the koobedeh plates and soltani plate. Can't wait to go back!“
“I’ve been coming to this place for 8 years, and they serve really good Persian food at reasonable prices in comparison to other locations around the area or in Orange County.My favorite combo is #34. If it’s your first time trying coming here I would start there. You get really good grilled boneless chicken with beef koobideh (ground beef- really good) and jasmine rice which is really great together. You also have the option of getting half salad instead or all rice. In addition, it comes with naan flatbread which I think pairs really well with the food.Parking: Unfortunately the only downside to the location are the limited parking spaces available. Depending on the time of day sometimes you may have to park on the street.“

“A beautiful and unique restaurant. Extremely clean and looked brand new. Attentive and polite staff. My husband enjoyed very much his dish Polo koobideh with rice. My order polo koobideh wrap was just okay (a bit much fattening dressing) but I am not an expert in Persian cuisine. The unusual draw back to our first time here was the overwhelming fume from the Simple Green cleaning solution. We drove off for few blocks but still FELT the smell was with us. I wish an alternative cleaning liquid will be used.“
“I’ve come here 4-5 times and have ordered different dishes and appetizers and it’s all always been spot on amazing! Good flavors, great service, owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. I’d give this place 20 stars if I could. MUST TRY!“
