“Sometimes I come here and think about my ex wife. She used to get the caramel macchiato, drink half, and then throw the rest away. Then I would ask her why. Because I paid for it. Then she would look at me and say, “I didn’t ask for you to pay for it, Reggie, you did that all by yourself.” Then I would remind her that she was unemployed and I was the breadwinner. This would offend her and make her feel like a lesser person than me.This led to numerous problems in our relationship. Eventually she started to go to Starbucks alone. I was left to ponder, in my chair, whether or not I was being a good husband. Apparently not, because she left me about three months later.Sometimes I come to the Starbucks and order a caramel macchiato myself. It reminds me of her. It’s comforting.Anyway, the service is pretty good and they make the drinks well. Pretty nice location, very convenient for my area.Gobbless“
“I had such an amazing experience at this Starbucks! When I got there, it wasn’t too busy like usual, though there were a few cars. Right away, someone on the speaker asked me to hold for a moment, and I told them no worries, take your time I wasn’t in a rush at all. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
My drink was listed quickly and made perfectly exactly how I like it. The manager, Latrice, was super nice, friendly, and charismatic. You can tell she really cares about her team and the customers. Kerrie, one of the baristas, was also so lovely and made the whole experience even better.
The whole team honestly made my day. They were attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I swear, they deserve a raise for how amazing they are! I’ll definitely be coming back again and again, just for the customer service alone it’s that good.“
