“Really excellent banh mi and spring rolls. I tried the chicken banh mi, vermacelli noodles with tofu (kids meal) and chicken spring rolls. Everything was excellent. The banh mi was easily one of the top 5 I've ever had (I'm a big banh mi fan). The tofu was delicious as well. I also loved how they make the spring rolls from scratch.
My parents - neither of whom likes sandwiches or is a particular fan of Vietnamese food - raved about their banh mis.“

“Finding authentic Vietnamese pho can be challenging, but Pho Vu exceeds expectations. Having lived in Orange County's Little Saigon, I can attest to the broth's genuineness. Pho Vu's flavorful broth, coupled with friendly service and impeccable cleanliness, makes it a must-visit destination. The generous serving sizes are an added bonus, cementing its status as my preferred pho destination.“

“My family usually went here for their pho in the past, and I was craving pho recently. They've definitely improved over the years. I got the #11 with a fried tofu appetizer, and I loved the flavor of everything. The fried tofu came with a little sour dip. The pho was just right to where I was debating whether or not to add anything. It wasn't bland or too salty, but I decided to add bean sprouts, Sriracha, hoison, and lemon to balance all the meats.
The staff was attentive and courteous despite a decent flow of people coming in for dinner. They do focus more on groups, but after a long day at work, I genuinely appreciated the staff letting me eat in peace until I was ready to pay.
