“when I called to place my order, it was almost time for the store to close, and I was about twenty minutes away, “Ruben” told me not to rush, that he would wait for me. his customer care is excellent. he really values the customer. When I arrived there, he welcomed me with a smile, and I’m truly grateful that such an employee works at this store, because it’s very rare to find someone who values and cares for customers in this way. I really wanted to thank him, and it makes me want to keep coming back to this store to get sandwiches. “I would come here more often if the owner would fix all the issues in the store. The employees are great, though I would like to eat without issue for once. Every time I come here there's something wrong, this time everything. These include; the soda machine not working, no breads, no hams, toaster not working, etc. It's been years really and the same issues persist, it's the only subway in the area.“

“It isn't bad, it's pretty good. The ingredients are fresh but....... I wish they added more meat so I was mainly full off of the giant carby bread and lettuce also I do love a sub with lots of vinegar and oregano oil but it was lacking that too.
I guess next time I'll ask for more meat haha I don't know?“

“The manager knows my order from memory. I haven’t had an issue with the food, the staff, or the environment thus far. I’ve been coming here for a while now. The staff is always nice and informative. Restaurant is always clean without odor. Food is always good and fresh. They’re also willing to make small modifications to the food items. Sometimes it cost extra and sometimes it doesn’t. Those sweet potato’s are 🔥. Fresh juices are always good. Only I don’t like is the sodas mainly because I don’t like craft sodas from anywhere. I also don’t drink soda.“

“Been coming to The Hat for sometime now and the onion rings in my opinion are ethe best out there. Super crispy texture, never flakey where the breading falls off the onion. Cool thing about the Hat, you can get yourself a quick snack under $10. Even though the JR cheeseburger is a smaller burger, the fries or onion rings will help make that up as they are very generous with the serving portions on that. Their chili cheese fries are also easily a shareable meal for about 3-4 people. Not big pastrami fan, so I'll leave that off my review for the real pastrami lovers.“
