This is easily the best indian food I've had in OC. Generous portions, hospitable attitude, and 'refillable' rice! Not too expensive either given the portion size, SO worth it. DONT WALK RUNNNN here!!! All the spice variants are so accessible from mild to medium to spicy- There's also indian spicy (the hottest level) which I got, and it was PROPERLY spicy. Mild was not spicy at all if you don't want that. Seriously though, fabulous place, workers, and owner. Lovely.“

“Great experience at Cali Curry House! The Paneer Tikka was perfectly spiced, and the Kadai Paneer was rich and flavorful. Dal Fry with Jeera Rice tasted amazing, and the Garlic Naan was fresh and soft. Authentic Indian flavors and great service. Definitely coming back!“

“This was our first experience at Kahani. It was very very good. In reading the menu there were so many flavors going into the dishes, we had no idea what it would actually taste like. Plus, we were not very familiar with Indian food. We asked our waiter for recommendations. 1st the spinach fritter in yogurt. Fabulous!! Do not miss this. 2nd the stone fruit with beets. Amazing... the description doesn't do it justice. Lastly, sea bass. Very nice. Finished dinner off with Indian chai tea, which had the most enjoyable spices in it. Truly a great dinner.
