“My friends and I are staying here, and this evening we stepped out for a stroll by the ocean. We were feeling a bit peckish and wanted to make sure we had an interesting evening. We popped into our hotel lobby—and, as it turns out, there was live music playing! That’s right, folks: apparently, they have music here every single day. The atmosphere is actually very pleasant, and the music itself is excellent. We had a truly wonderful time. We weren't hungry, so we didn't order any food; they simply brought us some water while we sat back and enjoyed the music, along with the magnificent view of the ocean from the hotel balcony. “This is the find of the decade! Virtually hidden on a tiny street adjacent to the Coast Highway, the eclectic, artistic interior is as welcoming as the attentive and super friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor dining options, comfy furniture, a hip buzzy adjacent bar lets you know immediately you are in for a uniquely Newport Beach experience that you won’t want to leave. But all of this is nothing compared to the cuisine. The wide variety of ostensibly Middle Eastern menu items are comprehensive to meet virtually any dietary needs from vegan to Ketovore, but the competency across the board is astounding!! Lentil soup, yellow veggie curry, kabob, steak Diane - everything shines on its own merit. I planned to have one of the divine sounding desserts but alas, the portions were so generous that we had to take a rain check. Here’s hoping for a downpour!“

“I was very impressed with the Mother's Day brunch. I was greeted with a long stem rose. A bottle of Prosecco was served at each table. I love the fresh orange juice. A wide variety of brunch selections including an omelet bar. Bread pudding with vanilla ice cream for dessert. The price was so reasonable too!“

TVs for the sports, weekend entertainment that keeps the vibe bouncing (karaoke nights, house beats, throwback hip-hop), and a whole atmosphere that screams “stay a while… or forever, we’re not picky.”
Major shoutout to the absolute rockstar behind the bar (didn’t catch your name, gorgeous, but if you’re the one pouring with that effortless charm and trouble-making smile, this review is blowing you a kiss). This legend built my cocktail like it was a flirty love note — perfectly balanced, dangerously delicious, and just spicy enough to keep the conversation interesting. Happy hour 6-8pm with $6 wells and $5 beers? I felt like I was being spoiled rotten on a first-date budget. Service was white-glove quick, zero attitude, all playful banter that had me giggling into my glass and ordering round two before I could even pretend to play hard to get.

Drinks: Beer and wine offered are mainly mass available - disappointed since there are good local options they could offer; but there's a full bar

Service: My wife and I had outstanding service from Randi; it wasn't busy but she knew the menu well and was friendly & accommodating

Interior: Full bar with sitting area facing away from the ocean; many tables and some front rail seats; view of the ocean is compact due to Doheny trees but still nice; furniture is lower end and dated

Exterior (Location): Great for walking access from Doheny and the harbor

Parking: On site valet is complimentary with purchase, very prompt“
