“In & Outs remind of an a 50s hangout spot. Where teens would go hang out ..reminds me of tht movie Grease. Love the environment. & I also come here for their ICE ..im an ice eater & jus LOOOVE their ice..I would make trips for a an Xtra large drink just to fill it up w ICE. They have this type of chewable ice in san bernardino. I wish all their spots had this type of ice“

“I stopped by this Wienerschnitzel on a Friday evening around 7 PM, and I have to say, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the place was. Walking in, I immediately noticed that the floors were spotless, the tables were wiped down, and there was no lingering trash or spills anywhere—something you don’t always find at fast-food spots during peak hours. The drink station was also tidy, fully stocked with lids, straws, and napkins, which was a nice touch.

What stood out the most was how completely empty the dining area was. While that might have been a little eerie at first, it actually made for a peaceful experience. No loud conversations, no kids running around—just a quiet space to sit and eat. Given that the drive-thru was packed, with cars continuously pulling through, it was surprising that no one had chosen to dine in. I’m not sure if that’s the norm here, but it worked out well for me.

Service-wise, the staff seemed efficient, juggling a steady stream of drive-thru orders while still acknowledging me at the counter right away. My food came out hot and fresh, and despite the rush outside, there was no sense of chaos inside. I appreciated that my order was accurate, and the fries were crispy—not the undercooked or stale ones you sometimes get at fast food joints. They were not stingy with condiments either.“

Not sure if they were understaffed or if the 3 people ahead of me were ordering half the menu ? ? . Just drive thru can only except 4 normal size cars before the 5th car is either hanging half way in the street or stoped in the street so it's a bit unsafe because it's on a main street "Waterman" at that point just park in small parking area or on street and walk up.“

“Finally, another good Carl’s Jr. location, this location by far is the best location I’ve been to in years they cook the patties fresh. They put large onion rings on the western burger as well as enough barbecue sauce to make it taste the way it should.. the buns are perfectly fluffed and enriched to taste . The strips of bacon are fresh , the burger was neatly put together. This is the Western burger that people desire when we come to Carl’s Jr. and pay premium for a burger. “Hi Frank's we are regular customers we love your food especially your breakfast. It's our Sunday place to go because we know the food is delicious but this morning we were let down because we asked for well-done hash browns and when we got home to find out our hash browns were raw. We spent 47.00 total for our order altogether .So we went back and of course you fixed your order thank you very much it was delicious but I have to say that you're older short lady who works at the front desk was very rude to us and we were trying to be nice to her and we were but she continued to give us dirty looks and roll her eyes at us because she messed up. We told her three times to make sure our hash browns were well done and they weren't. We are good customers and we didn't deserve the looks and the attitude that she was giving to us. This is not the first time she has been rude to us she was also rude to us at the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago. Please give her a talking to because what she did to us was wrong we didn't deserve to be treated that way by her for a mistake she made not us. Like we said we love your food and we appreciate your service we will be returning and hopefully we will get get the service we deserve specially when we pay with our hard-earned money to give to for your delicious food... again thank you. “This Bakers will always be the best location for us. We used to eat at this location when we were teenagers and attended San Gorgonio Highschool. We are now 40 years old and stop here when we are in the area since we live in another city. The food is always good, friendly service and still tastes as good is it did when we were kids!“
