“Took the family to IHOP and honestly, we had a great time!The food was good, everybody was happy, and nobody left the table complaining so that’s already a win in my book! 🥞😂
Crystal was super nice and welcoming, which made everything start off on a good note. The food came out good, we ate way too much, and of course we still somehow had room to talk about dessert. 😂

“I went there to buy me something for breakfast while I was waiting on the Metro-link Train, because the security guard Marcus told me they have really good food, he was correct . I enjoyed my croissant egg and cheese sandwich, my donut, and my caramel iced coffee. I will definitely go back again.“

“Mia, our server, was absolutely phenomenal! I genuinely haven’t experienced this level of care and consideration from a server in a very long time. As a former server myself, I was especially impressed by her dedication, friendliness, and commitment to providing outstanding service. She was attentive, kind, and clearly working incredibly hard throughout our entire visit.

Unfortunately, there was one part of our experience that was really upsetting to witness. Our table was directly across from the kitchen, and throughout our meal we could repeatedly hear members of the kitchen staff loudly mocking and making disrespectful comments toward Mia. In particular, there was a kitchen staff member wearing a grey hat whose behavior stood out. I did not get his name, but the comments were loud enough that we, as customers, could clearly hear them from our table.

I obviously don’t know everything that may have been happening behind the scenes, but from what we personally witnessed, we heard and saw nothing from Mia that warranted that kind of treatment, especially in front of guests. In fact, we watched her actively running her tables and working hard while others appeared to be standing around watching her. Despite everything we overheard, Mia remained completely professional. She never complained, never allowed it to affect the service she gave us, and continued treating everyone with a great attitude. I know I personally would have been bothered by being treated that way.

We were there on October 3rd from approximately 12:00–2:00 PM, and I felt this was important enough to mention so management is aware. Aside from our concerns about the behavior coming from the kitchen, Mia was truly exceptional and deserves recognition, and, from what we witnessed this afternoon, a lot more respect than she was being given.“

“Super convenient spot right off the 215 freeway at Nuevo Rd with plenty of parking. Just note that while they advertise being open 24 hours, they actually seem to close around 9 PM based on a previous visit. The parking lot was buzzing this Friday night, likely thanks to the new Target that just opened up in the plaza! Inside, everything was clean and well-kept. The kitchen did an amazing job, my 'Sirloin Steak Tips' were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Pair that with fresh coffee and their fluffy 'Cinnamon Dippers', and it was a killer meal. The real star was our server, Filiberto. Even though he was flying solo during the dinner rush, he took care of everyone seamlessly and with an awesome attitude.
