“I have not been to El Apollo Loco for years but decided to tonight. After my experience, I had to pull over after I literally just left to write a review. I don’t know the workers name but the lady who helped me at the drive thru window was the most kind, happy and cheerful worker I’ve ever seen. She was very positive and upbeat, and just had a way about her that made you feel welcome and you can tell it was her genuine energy. I can truly say I have a better vibe about coming here just because of her and her positive attitude. I visited at 10:18pm 9/23/2024. Amazing worker.“

“Can't believe I forgot about Pollo Loco. Healthy food, fire grilled chicken, and they're renovated their menu to offer chicken bowls, chicken quesadillas, and even some beef products. The staff is always great and have never had an order taken wrong.“

“Chick fil a is usually good with quality food since the price point is really high. The deluxe sandwich came with a small sad hot tomato and wilted lettuce, the only thing that appeared to be of quality was the chicken. Not the best managed spot. Could be the staff not putting out their best or management not overseeing their product. It wasn't just either just the car in front of me in drive thru and one car pulling up as i was getting my food.“

“I am very pleased and satisfied with today's service. When walking into our nearby KFC restaurant, we were welcomed by Tina. Tina the cashier greeted us and also advertised with menu specials. She took our order and repeated back to me in a kindly matter. She was very polite, courteous and made sure we were well taken care of with our meal. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The dining area in the restaurant is very clean. Great hospitality by Tina, we will be returning back soon. Thank you, Tina! Have a wonderful day.“

“At the Temecula Chick-Fil-A, they have team members constantly wiping down tables thoroughly between patrons and continuously asking guests if they need anything from refills to more menu items. At this location, none of the tables were wiped between guests and nobody was ever offered refills. At no time was the restaurant even half full, so it wasn’t because the staff was too busy.“
