“Food was good and price not bad for what you get. I was pleasantly surprised to try the birria tacos and how much I enjoyed them since it is mainly a seafood spot. Consume was alright, definitely better at other spots around town. The best thing Ive tried from here is the fish chicharones, I would visit this place just for that alone.“

“I first Tobias the manager is a great guy friendly take that time to say hello which is really appreciated. I eat canes at least once a week. I eat the three-piece finger special and enjoy it it the batter is my favorite. The chicken is juicy and if you haven’t tried it you’re really missing out. Thank you.“

The deluxe sandwich came with a small sad hot tomato and wilted lettuce, the only thing that appeared to be of quality was the chicken. Not the best managed spot. Could be the staff not putting out their best or management not overseeing their product. It wasn't just either just the car in front of me in drive thru and one car pulling up as i was getting my food.“

“I have not been to El Apollo Loco for years but decided to tonight. After my experience, I had to pull over after I literally just left to write a review. I don’t know the workers name but the lady who helped me at the drive thru window was the most kind, happy and cheerful worker I’ve ever seen. She was very positive and upbeat, and just had a way about her that made you feel welcome and you can tell it was her genuine energy. I can truly say I have a better vibe about coming here just because of her and her positive attitude. I visited at 10:18pm 9/23/2024. Amazing worker.“

“Such friendly and kind owners. The workers had a smile on their face. Went in for their home made mexican food and it was very good. Their breakfast burrito was one kf the best I've ever tried! So full of flavor, nice and hot of the grill they give it to you. Their tacos are amazing! The meat has simple seasoning but so full of flavor. That saying that goes a little goes a long way was right with the meats seasoning. The tortillas were definitely the star though.... They are home and hand made!!! Once you bite into that taco the tortilla instantly melts in your mouth!!! So so good. A hole in the wall. This place is awesome!“

I ordered from the wrong menu, and they quickly fixed it. They went above and beyond to serve me and give that burger king treatment. The food was wonderful, fresh, and packed the flavor. Try not to dine in at any restaurant. Thirty minutes before closing, call in ask if diner still available. People clean wipe down playground and ensure for next day use. Ect.“

“I love this location. They’re always nice and greet me. Everywhere with a kiosk ignores you but they always ask if you need any assistance with it. I appreciate that they give you as many salsas as you want. I went to the menifee location and they charged me. Even the app shows $0. Foods always right and I’ll keep coming to this location.“

“I went to Taco Bell Saturday May 3rd on my lunch hour from work. I order the cantina chicken bowl every time I go in there, it's my favorite. I had unlimited time during my lunch hour from work when I walked in there nobody greeted me to help I asked one lady behind the counter to take my order. I order over the counter so they can give me my senior discount for me. She totally ignore me and went in the back and started making food for the other orders. I waited about 5 to 8 minutes and nobody acknowledged me or helped me. So I walked out and went elsewhere for lunch. This was the first time I went in there and had poor customer service, what a shame. I will not be going any longer to this Taco Bell site. Your employees obviously need training for customer service.“
