“I don’t usually expect standout service at a fast food spot, but Kain at Tommy’s Burger absolutely went above and beyond. I came in with my family—including a couple of very picky eater kids—and let’s just say, our order wasn’t exactly simple.
When we needed a refire on one of the burgers (not their fault, just one of the kids being extra particular), Kain handled it with patience and a smile. He made sure everything came out right and checked back in to make sure we were happy.
You could tell he actually cared about giving great service, and that made a big difference for us. It turned a quick meal into a really pleasant experience.

“great food and location \n\nBut even more importantly, on Thursday, Sept 25 , I'd like to give a shout out to a staff member (Heidi) who took her time while passing out ice cream samples to two special needs adults and their chaperone to really feel "seen".\n\nHeidi's warmth was on full display as she returned with an extra sample. Well done, Heidi. The entire table(s) area noticed your compassion by taking a little extra time to make them feel welcomed.“

“One of the cleanest locations I've been to. Tree he counter staff were friendly and efficient. The food came out and everything was fresh. The fries were fresh and hit as well as the chicken tenders were perfect. A wonderful contrast to any other fast food chain I've visited in the past 5 years. Kudos to the team and owners for caring about the customers.“

“I highly recommend In n Out Burger. I love their burgers, fries and Root Beer when I go. But why can't I get a burger well-done late night? With the patties nice and thin, I should never bite into a burger that's red or pink inside. I even tell them to burn it a little bit. But that doesn't change a thing. I'm not going to stop eating here. I'll just aim for earlier when not at a peak rush with a long line. Wish me luck!“
