“After a long day at a conference at The Ritz, ten of us took an uber to this gem of a restaurant. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The smell of wood-fired pizza immediately set my mind on pizza and wine. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Everyone in our party raved about the food they ordered. Our server was delightful, fun, and knowledgable and she managed our party perfectly. I look forward to returning.“

“Overall experience was great- our waiter was not overly attentive once he found out we would not be drinking and felt frustrated that we were not ready to order immediately once our final party member arrived. The food was really good and it was a bit noisy initially but quieted a bit as dinner went on.“

“I had an absolutely wonderful time at Oak! I indicated in my reservation that it was my birthday and they went above and beyond to make me feel special. The staff was very friendly and the service was super quick. Instead of getting any entrees we just ordered a bunch of the "sharable" plates and they were soooo good! I highly recommend the ribs in particular but you really can't go wrong!“
“We felt bad but while we were waiting for our table at tutto we stopped by uncorked to grab a glass of wine. They were closed but the owner was still inside. She reopened her wine bar and treated us like we we're family. Amazing service with a massive wine selection 20/10“

“My group and I hit up Bacchus' speakeasy, Cozy Pine, recently, and let me tell ya, cozy is right! This spot is small, like really small. If you or someone nearby is a bit on the big side, expect some bumping around. But we dug the whole outdoorsy vibe they had going on. Now let's talk about the snacks! Fried goat cheese balls? Check. Blue crab dip? Double check. Deviled eggs? Oh yeah. The only letdown was the shishito peppers - a bit on the oily side. As for drinks, I went for a mocktail that tasted like lemonade, but my group seemed happy with their choices. Shoutout to the friendly and attentive staff!“

“This is an authentic sushi restaurant. We have only eaten here for lunch and it is so good. Fresh fish, perfectly prepared with unique ingredients and offerings on the menu. They have sushi rolls, salads, main fish entrees, sushi bowls, etc. the crispy tuna rice is one of the best appetizers, comes with 3 but we order an add on so we can each have two. It comes with fried garlic slice on top of the spicy tuna. We start with miso soup and get the green iced tea, it’s so refreshing and they will give free refills.“

“I found out about this bistro through a coupon book that The Market Place periodically sends out. It was inside the Mathis Homes furniture store, so I was curious and I came here to find out what kind of place it is.Thirty Four Bar & Bistro has a quiet and clean atmosphere, and although its operating hours are a bit short from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., it is a great place to have a quiet meal during lunchtime.I had chili cheese fries and a brisket steak burger, they both exceeded my expectations and went great with a draft beer. ?I will visit again soon and try other foods.“

“I came with my two daughters on Taco Tuesday, and WOW. Their tacos are chef's kiss. Not to mention, the drinks are phenomenal! The Mango Tea and Berry Spritz mocktails are delicious, and the house margarita is amazing. The carnitas tacos are to die for, and the shrimp is terrific. They're tender, and just wow. If you're into spicy food, you should definitely get the chipotle chicken taco. The servers are extremely nice people, and very polite. While the service is slightly slow, it is totally worth it! Overall, this place is amazing. I am definitely coming here regularly!“
“Underrated afternoon chill for getting draft beer and healthy pours of wine. We usually come during the week for the burger and beer deal. This time we came and the menu had added options such as the crab cake and fish and chips. Every time we come the server is friendly and gets our food out quickly. The seats are always abundant. Order. Eat. People watch.“

“exceptionally tasty, high-quality food. Rolls have an interesting twist, a signature modification that makes them stand out - perfect for celebrating a special occasion. They also have great lunch deals (featured in photo) for about $25 and Omakase for about $100. The prices are on the higher end, but it is perfectly justified by the food quality and the ambiance.“

“Stopped by for a casual dinner and really impressed by the food and service. We sat at the sushi counter so in addition to the great food, we also got to watch the two friendly chef working their magic with precision, focus, and a pace that's fast but not hurried. Between my wife and I, we had 8 small dishes and sushi, and some hot house sake. Every item was well made with lovely plating, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely visit again!“

“The tacos at Chronic Tacos are quite substantial, roughly the size of a small burrito. Considering their generous size, the Taco Tuesday price is quite reasonable. Typically, I would consume three tacos at other places, but at Chronic Tacos, one and a half tacos suffice. An added bonus is that the carne asada taco comes with guacamole topping, which is a definite highlight. However, one drawback is that I find the food to be overly salty. Both the meats and the rice tend to be on the salty side. Nevertheless, Chronic Tacos may still be among the best taco options in Irvine, although superior tacos can be found outside of the city limits.“

“Super super yummy, filling ramen. I got the Miso Ramen and loved it! My friend and I shared the 5 piece gyozas and they tasted like how gyoza should taste when cooked correctly, but they literally gave us a measly sauce container of ponzu sauce, which was disappointing.“

“Been here twice-once for a private event and last night for happy hour for a friends bday. Love the heaters. Love the Gluten friendly food options-wings and sweet potato fries were delicious. The sparkling hibiscus lemonade (non alcoholic) was great-not too sweet. Bathrooms were clean. Service was efficient. Server asked about food allergies which I always appreciate.“

“We were looking for a place to end the night in the big plaza, and this was the one that popped out. They have a big stage and TVs outside for live music, DJ or just videos from the '80s. They have live music on weekends, and they pride themselves to bring nice local bands. The owners, Matt and Gina are really nice, and take the time to talk to customers. They still have to work on the menu, it's pretty simple, but is satisfying for now. Big bar, high tables, and lots of tables for families inside. Big patio for live music outside. Lots of locals having fun, enjoying talking to each other, which is probably the main reason to come here.“
