“It's really nice to have a fast food style chicken option in our area since KFC or Popeyes isn't out here. When the chicken is fresh, it is super tasty and good! Try to avoid the ones that look like it's been sitting out for a while. Chester's has a fantastic side order option.... I like the fried okra (when it's not soggy, lol). The workers are always nice & friendly, even when we first arrived, and that was a rare occurrence back then.“

“Placed order at drive-thru. Service was very friendly, helpful and the order was taken accurately. We received everything we ordered. Everything was delicious and exactly what we expected…GREAT!! Don’t forget to try the steak chalupa. It is always excellent. We highly recommend the Taco Bell in Lake Isabella, CA.We placed a large order so we can have leftovers for tomorrow.“

“I haven’t eaten at a BK in almost two years but I just moved to the valley and I wanted something fast and easy so I figured I’d stop by.

Food was meh and prices were too high, but that’s corporate fast food shrinkflation for you.

What impressed me was the staff. I went through the drive thru last night around 7ish and the woman working was so friendly and nice. She gave me her suggestions for how to order the tacos and it was refreshing to interact with someone who didn’t seem bitter and jaded about her job.

I forgot something in my order and when I went back through about 15 mins later it was a man working the drive thru. He was also super friendly and smiled and really made coming here a good experience.

Overall, I was so shocked. Employees at any business, let alone fast food, just seem to hate their jobs anymore. These two didn’t and it was nice to see not one but two people smiling and friendly.“

The lettuce and spinach were fresh. The tomatoes were ripe. And the avocado was to die for. Toast it and put some sriracha on it, you’ll be satisfied for a while, especially when served up by these cheerful faces.“
