“This place is a hidden gem! It's conveniently located with plenty of street parking and a small parking lot. From the moment we walked up to the ordering/pickup window, a super friendly and helpful employee greeted us. He gave us awesome recommendations for their popular smoothies and toast. We couldn't wait to try the Pink Dragon and PB + Banana smoothies, and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! The cup size was just right, and we couldn't get enough of the Garden Toast with its flavorful feta and zesty lemon. They even have a seating area where we enjoyed our fantastic experience. We're already looking forward to going back!“

“Discovered this gem on a trip to the Hollywood Bowl. Came in on Friday morning and the place was pretty busy but we were seated right away. Great selection on menu and lots of things sounded good like the scramble bowl and the chicken fried chicken breakfast. Loved our server who pointed out the Good Neighbor combo: 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and choice of bacon or sausage. Delicious and good value at $11 because pancakes where huge and sausage was fullsized links. Lots of leftovers. We would be regulars at this place if we lived closer!“

Since he was staying in the Burbank Area, I looked for a 4.9 rating and above that would be open early! Great news is they open at 6:00am I was told. “Spent the weekend in LA with some friends and we were just about to leave the valley and drive back to the Bay Area. I really didn't want any fast food, so we decided to make a quick stop. Found DC Donut Cafe on Yelp and saw pictures of these huge fluffy croissants. They are tucked in the corner of the 7-11 parking lot. Came in at the perfect time, a group just walked out and there was no line! Greeted by a very friendly woman (guessing she is the owner). Placed my order - she recommended to add avocado and that was a great addition. I watched as they cooked fresh eggs, warmed the bacon on the griddle and started to build the sandwich. Yes, the croissants are as large and fluffy as they look, but they also taste incredible. All the flaky layers of dough!!!!! Everything is so fresh here and everyone is also very friendly. So happy to find another great food spot for our LA adventures!“

“Wow! I have to thank my friend for turning me on to Black Rabbit Cafe. This gem is located inside Abyss Market. I frequent this store after work, so the food cafe is closed when I come here. I was off of work today, and am I glad I ordered the BLAT. Bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato sandwich. It was THE best sandwich I've ever had. Perfect ratio! I'll be back to try more delicious food.“

In particular, this Denny's hosted my work place's holiday breakfast and provided abundant food for the employees. We all felt very appreciated. “My go to smoothie and smoothie bowl place! They make their smoothies with fresh vegetables and fruits (no added sugar or juices). They also have lots of unique and healthy options to choose from. Even their food is delicious! My favorite is the turkey avocado panini. Additionally, they have freshly made and refrigerated shots each for a different purpose such as detox, wheatgrass, turmeric, collagen, etc. I highly recommend this place I’ve never had a bad experience, always a quick and healthy option for a morning or mid afternoon boost!“

“By far the best bagel I've ever purchased at a donut shop. I was servicing my car across the street and decided to stop by this shop. I was greeted by super friendly people who were happy to help. Although this item wasn't on the menu they were super accommodating and said they would be able to do it anyways. It's clean, there's a couple tables you can sit and enjoy your meal at. I sat down to enjoy my bagel and as soon I bit into it the texture and freshness of the bread caught me by surprise. It tastes freshly baked and it's so fluffy and delicious. I will gladly stop at this shop again and support their business for a delicious and fresh bagel rather than Starbucks' overpriced frozen croissants. 10/10 recommend!“

“Yummy Donuts is a great small business donut shop. We stopped for some breakfast bagel egg sandwiches and they were good. They get a lot of in-and-out customers in the morning, and they have the lottery games active. The younger guys seemed to go out of their way to help elderly customers get around or bring them sugar and cream. It's a great place!“

“I love this Robeks location so much, I stopped going to the one on Sepulveda, even though it's much closer to where I live. The first time I walked into this place, I immediately felt an amazing mood change! This Robeks has a cute little lounge area with some tables and a cozy couch (my toddlers favorite!) where you can sit down and chill as you sip on your fruits and veggies! usually order on my Robeks app before arriving, and my drinks are always on point. I alternate between smoothies and fresh juices (mostly mango turmeric and G-snap) and every drink always tastes fresh and delicious. The employee's at this location always have a pleasant attitude, unlike the other locations I've visited in the past, where most of them seem rushed and annoyed. Work can get busy, but it's important to keep a straight face in customer service and they do that well at this location. Clearly, management is remarkable here, and the manager himself who is always present welcomes us with a warm, genuine smile. He even gave my toddler some adorable water-based pony tattoos with the Robeks logo the last time we stopped by, and she loved them so much, she didn't even want me to touch them! Lol. This is definitely a 5 star Robeks.“

The order was ready on time and all of the items were labeled (which made my job of distributing them so much easier). Everything was very fresh! It's more on the thicker end so keep that in mind. The employees are always super friendly and quick.
