They have tons of options too, vegetarian (rajas con queso), pescatarian (shrimp and papas), etc. The chorizo and papas and the chile verde were delicious. Love that their chicharrón is a combination of meat, chicharrón, and buche. Highly recommend, just keep in mind if that area is busy especially from the nearby brewery parking is a hassle. Calling ahead would be advised as well since everything is made fresh and takes awhile.

“We are so thankful that Stacked Pasta was able to accommodate a Christmas party of 20-30 people in such short notice. We had about a week or so to plan. Their staff and catering team are professional, prompt, and hospitable. They included different dressings for the salad, tasty pasta, and wonderful service.

Dietary restrictions: We had a catered dinner. We had expected about 20 people but were able to feed much more. Immediately upon serving the food we received compliments on the Penne Alfredo with Chicken and the wonderful array of pastas. Next time, we’ll see if they have zucchini or cauliflower pasta.

Kid-friendliness: The kids absolutely adored the pasta. In fact, after the Holiday dinner, we had to STOP them from asking for leftovers because they ate it all“

One time they got my order wrong and gave me 2 asada tacos instead of 2 Al Pastor tacos, they gladly fixed the issue and gave me the 2 Al Pastor tacos that I ordered and I kept the other 2 they gave me at first. I usually get the vampiros de camarones a la diabla and they are perfect ?? Tastes like a homemade meal with handmade tortillas and delicious salsas, not to mention grilled onions, jalapeños, beans, and consome to self serve. It's a good meal for any occasion! They open after 6 though, so it's only for dinner occasions ? (PS. Ate the vampiros too fast and forgot to take a picture next time!

“The guys are so nice, professional and have wonderful customer service! I ordered a rice bowl not realizing that there was sauce included on it. I get violently ill with cream based condiments/sauces and cannot do white sauce at all. I was asked if I wanted sauce (knowing now they meant extra) and I animatedly said, no. Thinking the rice bowl would have no sauce.

Unfortunately, when I got my order it was covered in Tahini sauce. They made the order as normal, I just thought when I was asked for sauce there was no other sauce coming on it. I honestly was thinking I would just trash the top part that was covered and go on with my night. BUTTTT, they made me a new one without sauce. This is why Yalla's truck gets 5 stars from me.
