They were one of three food trucks at our wedding last weekend in Redondo Beach and everyone truly enjoyed the food. They delivered on time and without any problems. We had 130 guests for the wedding and I We will ask them to join us for another event in the future.

“We are so thankful that Stacked Pasta was able to accommodate a Christmas party of 20-30 people in such short notice. We had about a week or so to plan. Their staff and catering team are professional, prompt, and hospitable. They included different dressings for the salad, tasty pasta, and wonderful service.

Dietary restrictions: We had a catered dinner. We had expected about 20 people but were able to feed much more. Immediately upon serving the food we received compliments on the Penne Alfredo with Chicken and the wonderful array of pastas. Next time, we’ll see if they have zucchini or cauliflower pasta.

You can ask them to not add beans. The asada is well cooked and not as fatty as other places. They offer grilled onions with a grilled jalapeño. Self serve sauces/habanero pickled red onion/radish. Friendly and quick service. Recommend if in the area. Gets pretty packed in the night. Parking sometimes could be hard find inside the lot they are located in and you cannot park in the lot next to it. Eat in/on your car or take home.

“Tacos Los Carnales is where it's AT!! My family and I keep coming back for more because we couldn't ask for a better meal for about $10 each, depending on what you get! I usually get the vampiros de camarones a la diabla and they are perfect ?? Tastes like a homemade meal with handmade tortillas and delicious salsas, not to mention grilled onions, jalapeños, beans, and consome to self serve. It's a good meal for any occasion!
