I had to take a moment to shout out KC at Chipotle hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, KC greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that instantly made the atmosphere feel welcoming.
Not only did they make my order exactly how I wanted it (with patience and precision, even when I was being a little picky 😅), but they also kept the line moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell KC takes real pride in what they do friendly, efficient, and just all-around awesome.
The food was fresh, the service was top-tier, and KC’s personality brought it all together. If every Chipotle had a KC, I’d eat there every day. 🙌“
