Starbucks in Lancaster

“I've been coming here for years and the workers are always super nice. Very rarely my drink is made wrong but they always make sure to remake it ! The only thing is that they sometimes take awhile in the drive thru line but they've been getting better!“

“Above and beyond customer service! We had an order of four drinks. The ongoing summer lemonade drink with popping raspberry boba, matcha frap, mocha cookies and creme frap and mango dragonfruit with 3 pumps simple syrup and extra dragonfruit. Usually, my family and I go inside but on this occasion we used the drive thru (AV summer, am I right?) The people working at this particular Starbucks made sure that we were well taken care of - very patient with any slight adjustments to our orders! We appreciate you all very much! “Think I wrote a bad review months ago, totally regret it. Kept going and my experiences have just gotten better, they make really good coffee. I went once couldn't find my card and they gave me my usual drink on the house because they started making it when I walked in. Another time didn't like my drink and they made an even better one on the house.“

“This Starbucks is the closest one for those that live near by but the lines can be quite ridiculous especially when coming to grab your morning coffee and you are in line for over 20 minutes because there is only one barista to take orders and make orders. I don’t believe that is right to the customers or baristas. All of the baristas are very nice.“

“It's a decent starbucks. I been to many locations on my own. The homeless need to get out of the city because I'm bold and take charge of them myself. I'm a college student and liked the strawberry refresher and food. Do homework here and get things done while drinking my strawberry refresher. Some people from my campus go here and a dental assistant/nurses. I'm a performer so I like attention. I like helping people and can sit down and enjoy knowing Mt belongings are safe.“

“I had a horrible experience at my local store and drove out of my way to get a better experience, Brian was on drive thru and he was perfect his energy matched mine and he heard on my voice that I was upset he not only took care of my drink but apologized for the behavior of the other Starbucks employee and wrote a kind message on my cup his simple works gave me comfort that I am welcome to this Starbucks, Jenny also reassured me the bad attitude of the other places was not welcome in the Starbucks company I’m very happy they care for the customers. Pls they deserve an extra bonus for their great service.“
