The meat was incredibly flavorful, and they serve it with onions, a grilled pepper, and a small potato. After trying several taco storefronts in the area, this stand easily tops the list.

My spree of meals in the market continue with Tacos Tumbras! We ordered their all meat burritos with a Jamaica and Tamarindo. The portion and filling on them burritos is absolutely generous and delicious.

The service was quick and friendly, their drinks were also very refreshing. They're definitely worth it to stop by if you're in the area for a burrito! Thanks for the breakfast Tacos Tumbras!

“I'm a regular here. My family and I try to go at least once a week.
Customer service is perfect, and they're very friendly when they see a returning face.
I usually order the fried fish tacos or shrimp civiche. I don't switch it up because these are to die for!“

“When I worked in downtown, our office would often order lunch from the now closed 6th Street location but I had eaten at and still do check out the still open food court spot at 7th and Fig. The one nice thing about that particular location is the option to eat in the courtyard. But the interior food court is clean, well-laid out and pleasant enough for lunch.

The food is uniformly good and prepared to order. A much better spot than any Chipotle.

Vegetarian options: Limited as with most places that cater to meat eaters but plenty for your vegetarian in a group. However, there are better options for the single or small group (2-3 people).

Dietary restrictions: They prepare to order so easy to ask them to minimize spice or cilantro or otherwise handle the simple stuff.

Parking: While not a destination, for people visiting the convention center or former Staples arena, who want to grab a bite AND avoid the overpriced tourist traps at LA Live, this is a good option.

Kid-friendliness: Very

Wheelchair accessibility: Very, although elevator is slow and for people with walkers or canes, the escalators have been down of late.“

So happy I ran into this walking to Vons. Has a few stools to sit on if you want to eat there. I can’t say enough how incredibly delicious this restaurant was. I called my friend, Dan R (Legendary, Venice, Photographer, and the world ) for a recommendation on some delicious Mexican food. He laughed and said Tacomiando (why he was laughing just delivered him food from the restaurant… he said this is definitely the best in the area and he was not mistaken. This food from the cleanliness of the restaurant to how nice and helpful the staff was I always judge a restaurant on their chips. As well, I can honestly say these chips were incredible along with everything I’ve tried. I almost forgot to mention they’re incredible salsa bar. Hope you can see in the photo, but it was quite extensive. ✨🤩😍

The sauce was spicy as it should and the onion cured with serranos was perfect for eating alone like a taco. We had asada, buche and chorizo ​​and it didn't disappoint. The Al Pastor was ON POINT. It’s rare to find authentic pastor outside of DF and this is IT. As I sat by the parking lot, getting an accidental whiff of gasoline, it was almost like being back in El Defectuoso!!! Carnitas was good too, but the moist kind, rather than the crispy kind I truly love. But the meat was PILED HIGH on both tacos and the salsa bar ample and luscious. Avocado salsa!!! “Both the Asada and Encebollado de res (beef with onions) were great. I'd never encountered encebollado de res before. The al pastor was also awsome, but it was very different from what I normally think of as al pastor. I'm almost tempted to say that it wasn't really al pastor. It was delicious though. I highly recommend it. The chicken taco was very well cooked, and nice and juicy, but would have benefited from some more seasonings or a marinade or something. Still good though.“
