“excellent Japanese comfort food. My wife’s regular tonkotsu ramen featured a creamy, rich broth that was deeply satisfying and delicious. I went for the garlic tonkotsu with extra eggs, the bold garlic kick elevated the already flavorful pork broth, making it truly amazing and addictive.
We shared pork fried rice, karaage chicken, and chicken yakitori; all spot-on, flavorful, and wonderful. Great portions, cozy vibe, and solid execution overall. Highly recommend for ramen lovers. 5/5.“

“They have a variety of dishes from sushi to noodles. I had Jajamyeong noodles. Good portion. They were ok. Will come back to try the other dishes. Side dish of Kimchi was delicious. Atmosphere and customer service Top Notch. Chef came out and asked all parties, how was our dish.“

“Solid food with a wide variety of menu items, casual vibe, and excellent service. Our waitress was so invested in our comfort the entire time. She was always refilling waters, getting us more napkins or small plates or ginger, and asking if we needed anything. We were a huge group and she was MOVING to accommodate all of us- it was really nice to feel so valued! Would definitely come back just for the service, but the food was also good!“

“I've eaten here probably close to 30 times since they opened, including pickups during covid. There's a few Ramen spots around Roseville at this point, but they are the best. For that classic Ramen, just get the fukumi ramen with spicy on the side. Also, for when they finally open indoor dining, they sell beer for like 3ish dollars, which is awesome.
Edit 4 years later: I can track inflation with my fukumi takeout receipts. Have probably had close to 300 bowls of ramen from them.
Still the best around the area despite numerous other spots opening. Their thick noodles just hit different. The only criticism I have is that occasionally hey have an off day with the broth tasting slightly less umami. Not sure if it's the broth itself, or maybe the aromatic oil being different, so if you try them a single time and it was so so, that could be why. Also, their beer prices went up, but what can you do. Still 5 stars 🤝“

“This sushi is pretty good! It's nice to have a local sushi place to go when I can decide what to eat for dinner! The Gyoza was so crisp and the filling was delicious! The sushi was well made and tasted great! The service was polite and the atmosphere was very relaxing! All the art and paintings were fun to look at while dining. The appetizers were spot on! Overall experience was a solid 4.5! 🍣“

“This is a wonderful family owned spot. My family has eaten here four times already, and every visit has been consistently delicious. They start you off with a complimentary plate of pickled vegetables, which is a great touch and genuinely tasty.
We’ve worked our way through a lot of the appetizers and always come back to the seaweed salad, chicken karaage, and cream cheese rangoons. Every ramen we’ve tried has been excellent, especially the tonkotsu. The donburi dishes are fantastic as well. We’ve also had the beef, pork, and shrimp okonomiyaki, and all three were outstanding. To top it off, they give you free ice cream after your meal. Green tea chocolate or vanilla. An unexpected and appreciated bonus. Easy 10 out of 10 recommendation.“
