As a first timer I didn’t know what I wanted and was trying to pick a drink because my wife had already selected hers and I couldn’t make up my mind, the cashier lady said take your time and she helped me with my decision. She was patient and helpful. Later, as I was eating there I found out she is the owner. First impressions of a place you’ve never been to make for a positive experience. I will be back!“

“The food was great and delicious. Had a decent drink menu as well. The service was good. Though we got good service, the lack of experience in the service staff is evident. It is something the restaurant can improve on. Planning to visit again and give Cafe Calamari 5 stars with the improvements made.“

I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome by the barista and checker.

They sadly didn’t have their espresso machine working those 2 times I came in 2 days in a row but good thing they had matcha with lavender. Yummmmm 🤤.

I ordered the spinach pastry as well and the size and price was just right. I spent less than $13.50 and normally that would be $17 elsewhere. They had plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.
