“A novel and fun way to try different beers. It’s like a yogurt shop but you pour yourself beer. You are charged by the ounce. Try 1 or 20 it’s up to you. I enjoyed being able to try as many as I wanted. They also had a nice cocktail bar. Hanger One Mandarin Vodka! Yummm!“

“Besides the wait for the food being over 40 minutes this place was absolutely great! Husband and I both had the SF burgers, with beer battered fries. I had truffle fries and they were delicious! My son had the Mac n cheese. Everything was super delicious and affordable. But the wait for the food was long. For it not being busy it sure was a long wait. But we'll be back.“

“Rude owner and manager is incompetent something is missing. How does one try to do an event here and has reservations and owner cancels whatever the reason is its irrelevant but manager can't even step up to help poblem solve. I wanted to do event for my daughters 21st birthday and hes more worried about calling him rude. Stay out of your feelings this is business. clearly yiu should not have one. I'm very upset that this man even has an establishment and no customer service at all. Instead of saying we can meet up at another time or hey sorry for inconvenience here's 10% off the bill .he says he feels a certain way because I said he's rude plus now a coward for not picking up the phone and calling me to say he cant make it. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Food was good I just wouldn't do any events here.“

“Tri-Valley Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Pleasanton. The food is always good; love the Chicken Risotto. The service is always prompt. I have taken many friends to the restaurant. It is now one of their favorites restaurants as well.“

“After a long day flying into Oakland from the east coast in December with bad weather, we arrived frazzled & tired but ok. Since we were on east coast time, we just wanted to eat & go to bed. Michael, a front desk attendant, gave us outstanding customer service - the best we have ever seen from a front desk staff. He went out of his way for us as they tried to help us figure out a way to get to Lake Tahoe in between blizzards. There was also a female front desk clerk who was helping also but I forgot her name. He went above and beyond to make our stay. Thank you, Michael. Room was your typical Courtyard. It is an older hotel & definitely needs an upgrade. Good local owned restaurant next door. Right off the interstate 580 & about 20-25 minutes’ drive to Oakland airport without traffic. Cons: Hotel charges for parking. Not sure if they have problems in the area, but it seemed to be safe. It seemed strange to pay for parking for a hotel in the suburbs. If you like my review, I hope you'll click the 'helpful' button; those of us who write reviews live for those and it motivates us to do more.“

“Unusual menu with excellent selections. Smoked bratwurst was excellent, as was the "veal" Schnitzel. Cheese Pretzel was the best "soft pretzel" I've ever eaten. Service was both professional and attentive. Over-all, Naschmarkt is an excellent addition to the Pleasanton restaurant scene.“
