“The Cheeseburger was good & juicy. I want to commend the service of the Lady with the Star Tattoo. By mistake I threw away my partial tooth. Didn't realize it until I made it home in Richmond (40 miles away). Drove back to All Star Burger & experienced the Amazing Service of the Lady with the Star Tattoo. She put on gloves & went threw every piece of trash & found my partial tooth at the bottom. She never complained, would not let me help & keep a smile on her face. I tried paying her but she politely refused. Like I said Amazing Service!!!“

“I always order Country Breakfast. I am a snob when ordering my breakfast. Crispy hashbrown,crispy bacon,over easy eggs and dry sourdough. In my 10 plus years of placing my order. They have never ever failed my requests.Thank you to the owner and support staff.
I must mention the bar selections have excellent choices and the quality of drinks poured are well made and substantial.“

“I love this restaurant!! This place is probably my favorite restaurant I've ever been to. They have so many options and everything on the menu is delicious! Their vegan pies are amazing!! They have an extensive brunch menu with the flexibility of adding a pancake or french toast side dish to your order. I love sweet and savory for brunch but I can never finish those huge breakfasts so this place is perfect for me!! On top of that the cafe is so cute and the staff is so friendly. I loved it so much I went twice during my one week stay!“

“Pretty drinks and yummy food“

“Kinda my favorite place til recently. Waiter F’d blamed me. 4 dined, we gave our order. 1 person changed their order, so 3 meals ended up being the same, then there was mine. They ended changing my order instead of the other person, he argued with me until he realized he messed up, never said sorry, and then still got my order wrong by cook my salmon well instead of veggies, which they forgot to add, but I paid anyways, to go.“

“I've been coming to this venue since July and don't have anything but great things to say about the great food & excellent service of the Manager, Susan and her staff who are always helpful. When I make reservation, Susan is very accommodating and pleasant.“

“BBC is our go to for a casual dinner out; food is reliably good and service at the bar is great. Great selection of drinks and snacks in addition to a thoughtfully-designed dinner menu. It's not really a secret though; the entire patio was booked up for what looked like a banker dinner on our recent visit.“

“We visited for the first time Labor Day September 2026. My husband and I are staying at the residence Inn. But we walked next-door to the restaurant at Marriott. We were looking for something close to get dinner. When we walked in, it was quiet, elegant, and spacious. The attendant took our order and was very friendly and courteous. We had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the turkey avocado sandwich with romaine salad. The food was delicious. And the environment welcoming. I would visit again and would recommend.“

“After a long day flying into Oakland from the east coast in December with bad weather, we arrived frazzled & tired but ok. Since we were on east coast time, we just wanted to eat & go to bed. Michael, a front desk attendant, gave us outstanding customer service - the best we have ever seen from a front desk staff. He went out of his way for us as they tried to help us figure out a way to get to Lake Tahoe in between blizzards. There was also a female front desk clerk who was helping also but I forgot her name. He went above and beyond to make our stay. Thank you, Michael. Room was your typical Courtyard. It is an older hotel & definitely needs an upgrade. Good local owned restaurant next door. Right off the interstate 580 & about 20-25 minutes’ drive to Oakland airport without traffic. Cons: Hotel charges for parking. Not sure if they have problems in the area, but it seemed to be safe. It seemed strange to pay for parking for a hotel in the suburbs. If you like my review, I hope you'll click the 'helpful' button; those of us who write reviews live for those and it motivates us to do more.“
