“This place is about a mile off the main freeway. It's a small little hole in the wall buger joint. They do breakfast and pastrami sandwiches among other things. They are fast and super friendly. The food is super great, and the give you large portions. This is a must do if you're on the burger trail on the 880 freeway.“

“The tasting menu allowed us to try the best they had to offer. A fun and easy way to get a feel for your favorites. We loved most things except for the duck , which was a little greasy. Also, as we have enjoyed Japanese milk bread in Japan and other Asian bakeries we agreed we would skip the Hokkaido bread next time. Although it was delicious we would prefer to save our stomachs for other dishes.“

In my 30+ years of living and dining in Silicon Valley, I’ve sometimes wondered if, beyond “California Cuisine,” there is also a “Silicon Valley Cuisine.” I think this may be the best of it.

After a few visits to Valley Goat, I think this might be the greatest of all time places that reflects what I love about Valley Food. The East Asia, South Asia, and Latin America influences are evident. So are reminders of the Alice Waters farm-to-table paradigm. The sharable dining possibilities also seem part of Valley Cuisine culture. All of this is nestled in a little green oasis created by the Tree House Hotel and Beer Garden near campuses of Google, Meta, and Juniper. Everything we’ve shared there has been novel yet also familiar while appearing and tasting simply amazing. It feels like every dish is very much what I imagine as phenomenal and resonant Valley Cuisine.“

“My wife & I had Sekoya's 3-yr anniversary prix fixe meal. Everything just plain delicious. The Bavette steak was killer, the burrata starter excellent. My wife loved her yellowtail starter and halibut main. The butterscotch and watermelon desserts were delish. I brought a bottle and was treated to excellent wine service, beautiful glassware, with a (by today's standards) very reasonable $35 corkage. Sekoya is now on our radar, and we'll be back!“

Deviled Eggs: A must-order appetizer! Topped with tobiko/caviar, crispy shallots, and chives, they are incredibly creamy with a nice pop of texture and savoriness.

“Great lunch at Nordstrom's! Onion soup is one of the best! Club Sandwich was excellent but comes with only two pieces of bread. “Had a wonderful, fresh breakfast and a nice dinner at the restaurant in The Westin in Palo Alto. The breakfast I chose was the bar which included eggs, bacon, potatoes, and French toast. Cereal, coffee, OJ, and toast was available as well a 8 varieties of fruit.For dinner, I started with the cheese plate and finished with the Soleil Burger with Gilroy fries. Long Islands were outstanding. The cheese plate was excellent and served with toast. The burger was cooked to perfection with bacon and cheddar.“

“Not sure why this place is less than 4 stars. We tried the prawn pasta, herbed roasted chicken and chocolate cake and each dish was better than the last. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and even the plating.
Sushi was a bit average but the cake was truly decadent. Would 10/10 eat here again.“

“Stayed at the hotel on a Saturday. The drinks were ok. They dont have a cocktail menu. So you have to make your own request. Servive was nice. The steak was amazing. So jucy and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were yummy. The seared spinach was not that good. It was sour. But oval i enjoyed my lunch and drink.“

“They have many. Places to eat that are familiar to folks like Starbucks coffee, Jamba Juice,Panda Express and Subway. There are also some independent places like the Coho Coffee House and the treehouse now both have very good food and beer available.“

It's very pricey so it's your call if you want to pay for it or use the meal plan.

You can get a pizza and either mac & cheese or fries for the meal plan, that's a solid choice for that!

They used to have a toppings bar but unfortunately it was removed cuz the customers are taking way too much toppings!“

“I have to say, not many restaurants serve their food hot anymore. When I ordered the chipotle BBQ chicken with mashed potatoes, they exceeded my expectations. So what if they may have warmed the side of mashed potatoes in the microwave? It made all the difference to my taste buds and mood that afternoon. Plus, I had the other side order of the baby spinach salad. I loved it. And im not one who is crazy about salads. The dressing, chopped almonds, and generous portion of goat cheese made me very happy. I will get this entree again since I am also satisfied they listed the calories next to each item on the menu.“

“We visited for the first time Labor Day September 2026. My husband and I are staying at the residence Inn. But we walked next-door to the restaurant at Marriott. We were looking for something close to get dinner. When we walked in, it was quiet, elegant, and spacious. The attendant took our order and was very friendly and courteous. We had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the turkey avocado sandwich with romaine salad. The food was delicious. And the environment welcoming. I would visit again and would recommend.“
