I routinely stay at the hotel Nia and this is the hotel restaurant, which is surprisingly good, if a bit over-priced. Still having a good restaurant in the hotel to do dinner at when you're getting home after a long day is definitely appreciated. My two go to dishes are the pan-seared salmon and the burger. Great restaurant inside a glorious hotel. I had a selection of various entrees and was really pleased (recommend: artichoke arancini, Spanish meatballs, green peppers) and a Wagyu burger with fries on the side. My bourbon based cocktail with pear puree was good but wouldn’t fall over my back. Polite and helpful (albeit a touch animated) staff.
