Workers are friendly and always smiling
This was my first time at this Starbucks. It was very nice and they were very friendly. It’s a bigger Starbucks inside with vaulted ceilings, which makes it seem spacious, but I like the options of the chairs and tables and of course the delicious drinks.
Very disappointed, I usually stop at this friendly store order a latte for the road. Yesterday, I brought in my Starbucks cup and was told that they can't rinse out cups anymore?? Really.
I went to the washroom and rinsed it out. If this is a store wide rule, it's ridiculous. I probably should have left. People are struggling at the best of times, a little kindness goes a long way.

Starbucks at Republic Square is a spacious and beautifully decorated coffee shop, known for its excellent drinks and friendly service. Popular menu items include the Caramel Apple Spice and sandwiches. The store is staffed well, including a drive-through, and offers plenty of seating indoors and out. The interior features vaulted ceilings that add to the feeling of space, with a variety of chairs and tables for customers to choose from. Customers often find the staff to be friendly, consistent, and kind, creating a welcoming environment. Although the location can be a bit difficult to find, it is worth the effort for the great service and clean environment. Some recent experiences have highlighted the importance of kindness, as there were concerns about changes in cup rinsing rules, but overall, the staff maintains a positive attitude. This Starbucks is considered a hidden gem by many, praised for its atmosphere and attentive team, making it one of the best locations to visit.
