“Great oyster mee sua, and fantastic fried chicken. Nothing more to say about the food ?Unfortunately we went on a Sat evening and there was only one poor lady working the front. Obviously overwhelmed and doing her best with a nice attitude to it… but that was the only drawback. And it’s in an Asian food court… nuff said ?“

“This is a pretty standard Tasty Pot location. Our group of 3 came in around 8:30pm and we were seated immediately. They have tablets here for you to use to order your food, which is a bit fancier than other locations that require you to use your phone to scan a QR code. We ordered popcorn chicken, two stinky tofu pots, and a beef pot. All were as expected, though I felt like the portions were a teensy bit smaller than usual. They also brought out sauce on the side in bowls rather than having the metal containers which may end up being more wasteful. Overall still very tasty and comforting for a cold night. Service was okay. Both the people working were very quiet and not super attentive, but nice enough. This seems to be the norm at Tasty Pot. I do wish the workers were a little more upbeat and conversational but it's not a big deal. ALSO don't forget to use the Yelp check in for a free boba drink!“

“Enjoy coming here for dessert. We always get the Hot Red Bean Soup Signature. It has everything we love. We also add peanuts. This place can get busy very quickly. Once our order was placed, we received it within 5 minutes. It wasn't a busy time (surprisingly since it was a Saturday afternoon with fairly nice weather outside). Well as soon as I turned around it seemed like everyone started coming in after us. Thank goodness we beat the rush. Our order was to-go, but we sat down and enjoyed a little of our dessert inside the establishment. Upon stirring my soup, I immediately noticed I was missing an ingredient. I didn't receive 2 sesame balls that are supposed to be included in the soup. Glad we hadn't taken our to-go order and left the store. I went back to the counter and let them know. They gladly gave me the 2 missing sesame balls. *Tip: double check your order before leaving the store. Stir the soup to make sure all the ingredients are there. Don't assume the workers got your order correct. Young adults work here and sometimes they don't pay as close attention as they should. I don't live nearby, so I consider this a treat when I do visit. I expect my order to be made correctly the first time. Mistakes happen, everyone is human. Totally understand, but just be a little more attentive.“
