“Stopped for lunch a couple weeks ago. It was our first time dining at the Grateful Gypsy Bistro. I had the fresh pasta with bolognese, Hubby had a burger. We both were beyond impressed. My Bolognese was delicious! Best I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Imo- better than the one at Pasta Moon! Hubby’s burger was equally delicious… Food was amazing! Portions were plentiful. We will definitely be back!“

“I’m from Virginia, so I think I’m a good judge of bbq. And this bbq was easily some of the best I have had. The chicken was slow smoked so well, it was good with or without sauce. And the beans! There were remnants of a very meaty ham hock. And as much as I hate to admit it, the slaw was better than my mom’s. On the way out, we picked up pecan pie and peach cobbler. Both the bomb. If you drive through lockford, this place is a must.“

“Went to the Fruit Bowl for the very first time today. We had lunch first at their Bake Shop. It was nice and air conditioned! They make wonderful sandwiches! Spent lots on cherries, apricots, cherry pie, pumpkin bread, marble rye bread, whiskey pepper steak sauce, cherry pepper sauce, pickled beets and better than brittle candy. The place was clean. They had really cute shopping baskets. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Will be back there again. Highly recommend to all!!“

“I’ve fallen in love with this place. The first time my husband and i came, we noticed the customer service wasn’t there but we took into consideration it was very busy. So that’s understandable. But we gave it another chance and i believe we met the owner & she was very sweet & very welcoming. The Mazapan latte with oat milk is the best. The Mexican culture is very beautiful as well. I’d recommend this place over Starbucks, Dutch bros.“

“This was one were I expected to give out a 5 score based on other reviews and the fact that it appeared to stay open a bit later to relax and enjoy a glass. However, wine tasting flights are only available indoors and you have to buy a glass or bottle to enjoy their lovely patio grounds. The wine was quite good and the staff reasonably well informed though. I have to give a shout out to Kelly who spotted us dining at Pietro's the next night and came up to say hi and ask us how our visit was going.“

“Wow! I travel all over the place doing what I do for work so sometimes I can’t have my “regular” spots. There isn’t much in this part of Stockton to choose from so I gave Burger IM a shot. Never had it before. First off, I was shocked there wasn’t anyone in there around 2pm. Extremely clean place with deals on menu items all over. Some exceptionally large TV’s and plenty of comfy seating and even a booth with an open end for the little ones to enjoy too! I don’t like a big lunch so when I showed up at the counter I met a very well put together (I believe owner?) who took my order and when I said “cowboy burger with no onion ring” he replied “that’s like a horse without a hoof!” I then bantered back “it’s more like a horse without a shoe, still good!” After that, I received my burger promptly but not too quick which made me feel it was actually made to order and boy was it. I only ordered the burger ala cart and after my first bite, I am a huge fan. Everything felt so fresh and the bbq sauce was not overly applied. They had a quick join option to start earning points (which I loved) and after I finished my burger in record time, I wanted another lol. HIGHLY recommend this place forsure. I will absolutely be coming back to try even more items but my standard is always a “western burger no onion” and this immediately jumped to my top 3. 9/10 establishment without a doubt. Even had a party area with pool tables and a ping pong table too! Don’t let this place stay empty, go give it a shot! Reasonably priced and way better than a carls meal for the money. “Stopped by on a week day. Was a bit quiet. They have a cozy front bar section and a nice wine tasting area in back with tables/chairs for a pleasant setting. A friendly server got us going. I tasted 2022 Alicante Bouschet =nice front palate, 2018 Charbono =a bit spicy & tart finish, 2018 Petite Syrah =lovely nose, light finish & Tre-Liscious=dry and not my favorite. Server was attentive. Winerys website doesn't have a way to allow purchasing Online and doesn't provide shipping options.“

I got the flavor of the month which was blueberry cheesecake in a cake cone. There are a lot of different size options and I think it’s adorable that the mini has such a cute cone. I loved their little sticker vending machine and the other items on display for sale.“

Rewards are hot and miss I have spent $70 and received one point but they don’t tel you that. Of you have multiple bowls to multiple transactions. Also I did a Instagram promotion and they changed their mind and I lost my reward 🙄. Staff is always late teens young adults mostly nice some are better than others. Still a solid place .“

“We love coming here!! It is two adults with three kids and it can get pricey. However, the food is DELICIOUS and my kids will actually eat all their food so we know it will be worth it. The owner is always so kind and sweet. He always makes sure to make sure we have everything. Once I had gone with just my kids and he helped create a safe place for them there and I appreciate that so much. They now also have games to play and the best part is that they are free. He could charge lots for arcade games and doesn't - I think that says a lot about him. We will definitely continue being loyal customers here!“

“Burger IM had been calling my name for weeks! I stopped by Raley's after picking up my twins from school because they offer fresh fruit for any students free of charge, and immediately noticed the changing Neon signs with all that they offer. Later that evening, my husband, myself, and our 3 boys entered the establishment. We were greeted immediately upon arrival, offered free games for the boys, including air hockey and foosball. The older gentleman was completely patience while we looked through their extensive yet appetizing menu. We ordered some of everything. While waiting for our food, he took the time to show us a separate room, disgusted for birthday parties, or any celebration. He even stated that we could bring our on good in, or a food truck if we preferred. My oldest ordered a cheeseburger (plain with lettuce only) and fries and rated it a 10/10. My twins ordered the same, 1 hamburger plain with ketchup only, 1 cheeseburger with lettuce only. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with mushroom and fries, he also rated it a 10/10. I myself, ordered the chicken wings bone in with habanero sauce. I also rated the chicken a 10/10 and was also given an extra side of hananero sauce upon request for an additional price. I did not know that till I met John and Lisa at Prie this weekend.They grow/source a number of European grape varietals like Dornfelder (Germany), Teroldego (Italy), Alicante Bouschet (Spain) besides the staples of Lodi area like Syrah, Barbera, Zin. What makes the wines very special is the philosophy of wine making - minimalist. The wines are not bold or jammy. They are subtle, balanced and complex.John and Lisa are also wonderful and kind human beings who care a lot about the world. I got to know them in a leisurely chat on a warm afternoon. The tasting area is a a calm soothing place, just to have such conversations with friends and family while sipping some vino.Highly recommend if you love old world style wines.“

“This shop used to be my go to shop. The staff was like family then it got not good as far as service , so switched shops. Came back after awhile and was greeted how I used to be! Need to keep it that way. Always clean outsude this shop despite periodic homeless. Which seems they have curved for the meantime.“
