Food was wonderful. Restaurant clean. Service rated low as I had question regarding app I had downloaded. Young lady was curt and dismissing. Disappointing as it was my first time using. I didn't understand how to use it.There was no one in line. It would have been courteous for her to at least listen. Love the food. ♥I'm not likely to use app. It was discouraging 😞
I ordered online which was really easy through the app. It took 10 minutes AND they had a drive thru lane that is ONLY for mobile orders! Order was accurate and employee was very friendly. Loved the pollo asado taco!
My number one go to for Chipotle and am always happy when I get my food. I go here quite a bit
