Long wait times in drive through, rude Saturday morning manager. I changed my order, confirming what I wanted 4 times, then was charged for things I did not receive(nor wanted). The manager was so rude to me demanding my drinks back , which is the only thing I wanted. Then gives biggest attitude after waiting another 15mins to get my refund. Worst experience at a chic fil a in my 20yrs going.
