Literally our favorite sushi spot in Long Beach. We’re total regulars and the service and food are top notch. Will go here as long as we live in Long Beach.
Osaka Story has some of the best sushi I have ever had! Theres plenty of different options to chose from on the menu and the portions have a lot of fish. Such a nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is so welcoming and sweet. Highly recommend!
Delicious food, incredible service, dog friendly and overall a wonderful experience. 10/10 :)

Osaka Story offers tasty food at good prices with big portions. The curry beef udon and lunch combo with teriyaki chicken and spicy tuna roll are favorites. The sushi is outstanding, with unique and fresh flavors in each roll. The new owners have revamped the decor, menu, and service, making it a top-notch dining experience. The atmosphere, customer service, and quality of food keep customers coming back. Visitors praise the friendly service, especially the owner, who is a gem and remembers her customers. The menu features a variety of rolls, including vegetarian and no rice options, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Many people visit regularly to enjoy udon, fried rolls, avocado fries, and excellent wait staff. The ramen is bomb, too, as are appetizers like the spicy edamame. The quality of the fish, the presentation, and the service are all outstanding, with incredibly fresh uni and actual Spanish mackerel. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the whole experience feels elevated and welcoming. This place is exceptional, with quick service even on a holiday weekend. The black mamba, firecracker, and salmon rolls, as well as the gyozo, are highly recommended.
